We found this Jiffy Lube when needing an oil change. It looked like it had a long line trying to get in. Then, we discovered it was a Jiffy Lube and a car wash. The line to the car wash made it difficult to get into. You have to wait in line for the car wash to get around the building. Was we finally made the turn we had five guys giving us the oil change and ten minutes later it was done. Quick service and we got a free car wash. The car wash meant we had to circle around again to get back in line. Oh well, it was free. The wash was good for what we needed and a couple of guys at the end wiped the water off the windows. We had no complaint about the service even though the lines were a little awkward. read more

I went to Jiffy lube on 32nd st Yuma Arizona on 4/14/23 during the oil change an employee came inside and asked if I wanted my engine air filter changed showing me the filter I declined stating I would do it myself so today 4/19/23 I open the airbox to replace the filter and find about 2 handfuls of pretzels in the filter box what kind of bs is this jiffy, I have a photo of it I mean you can't make this crap up read more

this is the worst car wash I have ever had. We bought the most expensive one plus we tip them $5. We could tell when they dried off our windows that they had done a poor job. When we got home and got out of the car we were shocked. It is completely filthy and I am honestly not sure what we paid for please do not waste your money here. I am so angry. Jiffy Lube has its reputation of being a speedy service station and supersedes its competition. This particular place holds its ground as being not only fast and accurate in their service but also gives you tips on how to keep your vehicle lasting longer and they keep you informed on all your levels as well as what to do if something were to happen, how often to do this and/or do that. The prices can be quite high but in my opinion, which might not matter as I'm no expert in cars, is to get whichever is best as opposed to skimming on something that's low-grade. I hate to give bad reviews being business owners ourselves. The problem is you need to give good service to get a good review. We took our 16' Lincoln in to get an oil change. We normally take it to Lincoln, just didn't have time before this trip..... The Techs performed the oil change, we needed the filter of course you know the drill, I'm sure ? $100 & change later we were done & went to lunch. I came out to a small puddle of oil I called a little upset obviously, The tech said to bring it in and they would check it out and take care of it, they said that it's because of the skid plate is why the oil was leaking. I asked them why didnt they take the skid plate off if it was in the way, their answer was they could not take the skid plate off so basically what they do is they get the drain plug out and let the oil run out onto the skid plate and then left it like that with the old excess oil left in the skid plate!! I think that is unacceptable, if you can't service Lincolns for whatever reason then don't service Lincolns but don't change oil and let it run off of somebody's skid plate!! We won't be back Unfortunately because of this service........ read more

The crew here is so busy clowning they don't take care of business. Right after getting one car done, I took my other car elsewhere.

My vehicle was serviced here on Friday and they stated on my receipt that everything was ok. I made a trip out of town and on Monday, my belt (that they said was OK) blew with 8 people, including my four children in the car. I gathered up the reminants of the belt (which was dry, cracked and frayed) as my truck was flatbeaded to an Autozone. Once back in town, I spoke to the manager at Jiffy Lube who said "we did our job, the belt was ok". No cares in the world. 15 years of patroning this facility and they had not a care in the world about their lack of attention to the job or to the safety of my family. 15 years and I will never go back. I encourage everyone else to not either. read more

I realize that they pride themselves on speedy service but must we sacrifice great customer service for fast? Getting a reminder when I need my next oil change is a huge benefit however. And being in and out within 30 minutes of showing up is a bonus as well. I recommend coming here for an oil change rather than any other place in Yuma. read more

Oil & filter were changed. All other services and checks were marked on invoice as "checked" or "completed" when that was not done ! I provided a list of the 11 grease points. They lubricated 6 of them ! When I "pushed", they acknowledged that they were unable to lubricate "needle" grease hole on driveshaft. Really ? ! ? So Jiffy Lube is unable to lubricate all Dodge trucks ? ? ? No explanation for remaining 4 grease points left unlubricated, despite having been provided with a list identifying locations ! ! ! read more

The staff here is generally quick but friendly. The last time I took my car in the clerk at check out told me the tech had broken my oil dip stick. I said okay figuring they had fixed it but got home to find out they had not fixed it, had broken it off right at the top of the tube making it almost impossible to get out, and had left a large silver scalpel like took in the side of my engine compartment when they closed my hood. It took almost three hours to get the broken piece out and I had to purchase a new one online. After persistently contacting Jiffy Lube at this location as well as at corporate I was given a gift card for a free oil change, but was still so frustrated that this was not done in the beginning and that it happened at all! I will say getting a free car wash with the oil change is a nice perk though. The waiting area is clean, but can be loud and is a little dated. read more

Im going to be honest and sincere. Jiffy Lube is very effective when it comes to time management . What Im certain about though is that having your vehicle get all its oil changes there can turn out to a bad idea. The reason i say that is because my charger recently broke down with only 90K miles a 2007. The previous owner used to do oil changes at jiffy lube all the time and the engine broke down. When the dealership open up the heads of the engine you can see all the grease from the oil is left with when they add the oil cleaner liquids to refurbish the oil. What you mean refurbished? yes guys the oil there is not new, is the same oil they take out from the previous cars except they clean it. I didn't know this either, but a friend of mine used to work there and has given me that knowledge. Its OK to do an oil change here and there but not always. If your running out of time during the week and you need it; do it. If your just lazy and want to pay, well buy it yourself and get a mechanic to do it. Sometimes is cheaper Auto zone has deals and mechanics charge like $20. The car wash side of jiffy lube is probably the best they got. Service is quick and cars are left very clean and shiny. I like how your able to purchase ticket books. they become very practical when your lazy to wash your car. In overall is a good place but i wouldn't recommend changing the oil all the time. A more recent review. I was skeptical about where to get my oil changed. Every place I researched either had bad reviews or only had good reviews but were 2-3 years old. Makes me think businesses took out all the bad reviews. I just decided to go with Jiffy Lube on 32nd Street and it was a good experience. Came in at around 8:30 and left at 9. They were very informative, showed me on their computer what the manufacturer recommends and gave me options unlike other places I've gone. I got the new Pennzoil full synthetic blend made from natural gas for $70 after taxes and military discount. Keep in mind, full synthetic is good for 5,000 miles. With that, I also got a fuel rewards card at no extra charge. They topped off my fluids, checked tires and would've cleaned my car inside and out had I not done it the night before but bc of that, they gave me a voucher for a free car wash. I found my new place to go for oil changes. It used to be Big O Tires but they've disappointed me the last few times I went. I lost their trust and they were more expensive for not as good quality either. I'll be coming back here after 5000 miles. read more
