I was also moving out the next day and really worried about the ordering boxes for delivery and them not showing up. I placed the order online and called to confirm timing. They assured me that the boxes would arrive that day and they did! Within only a few hours, the boxes, bubble wrap, and tape were at my door. Very reliable, very reasonably priced, amazing customer service, and overall a great experience. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to all of my friends that are moving. I also liked the products that they carry- sturdy boxes, the bubble wrap had perforated lines to rip at so you didn't need to cut, and the tape was good quality.

After multiple calls and no boxes, he FINALLY answer to tell me they had cancelled my delivery. They never told me this. Until 6 hours AFTER the ordinary scheduled emergency box delivery. I have yet to see a refund. Huge scam. Impossible to reach. Spoke about this THREE TIMES. About to contact police and BBB; already in bank investigation. Do NOT WASTE your time or money here.

At the age of 30 I should really know how to print off a shipping label and send a package without any help, but here we are. I was insecure about my lack of UPS ball knowledge, but he was so helpful and engaging that it made me feel not stupid. I watched him help a couple other customers out with the same positive attitude, and I was inspired. It was a short 3 minute interaction, but Kev's positivity and helpfulness made my day a little better. Give him a raise UPS. IG @johnny.novo Tiktok @jnov__ Substack @johnnynovo

He charged for…read more18x14x12 fragile pack, which by my math does not meet the 2" of required packing material that UPS regulations say should be around all fragile items, but they're the experts so I follow their lead. They then decided to wedge my 15" fragile item into a 14" long box, completely ignoring the 18" box they charged for and the 2" packaging material rule for fragile items that their own company (UPS) enforces. Plus, they charged for dimensional weight of the larger box (19lbs cost instead of the actual weight cost of 8lbs), then used a smaller box so that the store did not get charged for the 19lbs dimensional weight. So to recap - the store paid for 8lbs of freight but charged customer for 19lbs of freight. Talk about deceptive business practices. This store should be investigated. Do not take your fragile items here to ship unless you packed it yourself. If you get charged for dimensional weight, make sure the store actually uses the appropriate box.

This review was truly the savior of the day for me, so even though it's late, better late than…read morenever. My son's birthday party was on January 18th, and if it weren't for this UPS location--and specifically Eyad--I don't know how I would've pulled everything together. The day before my son's party, I was already stressed beyond belief. I had created all of these custom items for his birthday--signs for the party, tags for the kids' goodie bags, tags for adult goodie bags, and even a little wearable necklace for him. Everything was designed, sized perfectly, high-resolution, and ready to go... or so I thought. FedEx put me through absolute hell. Back and forth, telling me the resolution was horrible, the sizing was wrong, that it couldn't be printed, then changing the story again. It became a full-on mess, and at that point I was panicking because this was the day before the party. The theme was Demon Slayer, I had put so much time and care into creating everything, and the thought of not having these pieces was really upsetting. So I went with my first instinct and went to UPS. Eyad sat down with me, pulled everything up, looked through each file, resized things perfectly, and immediately reassured me that everything looked great. He told me the resolution was fine, helped me choose the right paper, and printed everything beautifully. The paper was shiny, the colors were bright, and everything came out exactly how I envisioned it. He even made multiple copies without hesitation. What really stood out was how calm and confident he was. No attitude, no confusion, no unnecessary back-and-forth. Just, "Sure, I can do that. What size do you want? How many do you need?" And then he did it. After being told by FedEx that it couldn't be done, walking into UPS and having someone just handle it with ease was such a relief. I could literally feel my stress melting away. I really wanted to give Eyad his flowers because he absolutely saved my day. And honestly, UPS always comes through for me. Whether I need color prints, black and white, or just general help, their customer service is consistently on point. They pay attention, they know what they're talking about, and they're willing to work with you instead of making you feel like a burden. That day especially meant a lot. I walked in stressed, overwhelmed, and worried, and walked out feeling confident, relieved, and ready for my son's party. Everything came out perfect, and I'm so grateful. If you need printing done--especially last minute--and want to deal with people who actually care and know their stuff, UPS is it. And if Eyad is there, you're in very good hands.

Plenty of misinformation when it came to rates and options. Good luck if you choose to do business…read morehere.
