From what I understand, they are expected to maintain and clean their own rooms in addition to serving clients, which seems like an unrealistic expectation. Management should consider hiring a dedicated cleaning team to regularly maintain the treatment rooms and common areas. Having professional cleaners come in several times a week would help ensure the facility consistently meets the cleanliness standards customers expect. The staff is friendly, and Danielle does an amazing job, but the overall upkeep of the facility needs improvement.
