This place is fairly new. The girls are nice here, and I had a good experience. The owner of this place gave me a facial, and we had pretty good conversation. It was a short facial, but I was quite surprised when there was no steaming involved. Perhaps the longer facials are better. Her prices are very, very fair! I believe the facials are under $40 each, which is a steal! Don't know if I'd be back, unless I happened to be in the area and really needed a facial. Appointments would be the way to go. Really passionate about what she does and is very considerate and attentive to what you want. Got a great deal on Groupon for haircut-color-deep conditioning-styling. Unfortunately, the girl who did my hair has been the worst hairstylist I've ever met. The color was fine but when it came to the deep condition, she said it had to sit for 3 minutes, and didn't even let pass 1 minute. I only wanted a trim to get rid of the split ends, and she barely cut anything in the back, but cut horribly uneven the front of my hair. The styling was beyond awful, she only dried my hair. Overall, it was a painful experience. That stylist is lazy and untalented. I don't know her name, but I'm sure is not Kaitlynn. The good thing, though, is that the owner made it up. She realized I was very upset and offered to fix my hair, she was very attentive and understanding. At first I didn't feel comfortable by sitting in that chair again but my hair was totally unbearable, so I took my chances. She did a great job cutting and styling. I think this is a good cute little place, the owner is a young woman that knows her business, it's a shame I wouldn't come back only because of that horrible employee she has. read more

Before the facial she even gave me a great consultation - she is very, very knowledgeable and seems to have a real passion for the work she does. This 5 STAR review is for Julia Odom & should have 10 STARS...by all means!! I went to Julia to get my hair colored and have her put long extentions in for my 30th year high school reunion. The process wasn't just a 5 hour hair appointment;it was a important and particular request by me for her to achieve the vivid color I had been dreaming of. Julia really took every measure to make that happen and the quality of her work was fantastic. To get the vivid reddish color I wanted Julia knew the exact developing time, not to mention the huge amount of confidence with her magical visual of results. She also did a much more complicated hair extention style involving small beads that hold the hair wefts to your own hair. Julia has always been the friend who helps out others with makeup, hair styling, and or anything to do with beauty for that matter. Hi! I've been getting lash extensions and fills from Jasmine for the past few months, after considering it for YEARS. I'm so glad I started, and I'm not sure I can ever go back! I've heard horror stories - and seen horrifying pictures online - so I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before deciding on going to Jasmine. No Groupon, no discount...I wasn't looking for a bargain. Please, when you're trusting someone to put glue 2 millimeters from your eyeballs, DON'T SKIMP! She's worth every penny. She's very fastidious, precise...you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. Even for weekly or biweekly fill-ins, she never makes you feel rushed, and she's as meticulous as ever. I've never felt like she was distracted or bored, or eager to finish, and no matter how scraggly I come in, I leave with picture-perfect too-good-to-be-true lashes. She stays up with technology, too - she's always on the lookout for better glues or sealants to make the lashes last longer, and they hold up really well. They easily save me 10 minutes every morning, not having to apply and mold multiple coats of mascaras onto my fine, naturally blonde lashes. All the people who work here are very friendly and talented. They seem like family to each other - a bunch of cousins who enjoy each other's company and love what they do. And though the lash extension "bed" is in the same main room as the hair service stations, it's in the back of the salon. I never felt awkward laying there, in public, with my eyes closed and my purse sitting out where anyone could snatch it (yes, I'm paranoid), for 1-3 hours at a time, as needed. It's a really comfortable, cozy vibe there. Samantha, by the way, is incredible with hair....and Atzimba, who does massage in the back room....life-changing. The best! I found Samantha on Instagram a few years back and have been following her and I loved her style of Balyage so I decided to finally book an appointment. Having virgin hair, you can imagine how nervous I was to let someone color my hair for the first time and have such a huge change! She did subtle blonde highlights (balyage highlights) on my hair and she used a toner that toned my hair to this beautiful warm blonde which I LOVED and she blowdried and curled my hair along with the color service After living with it for a few weeks, I decided I wanted to go a bit lighter and so I explained what I wanted and it's like she was reading my mind! She added more blonde and then toned it to an ashy silvery blonde while leaving some of my natural color blended in and it looked soooo pretty! I have since then been back AGAIN to go even lighter! (I'm addicted) so I would defiantly recommend seeing Samantha if you are looking to even just start the process of going blonde. She does it gradually, coloring more and more each time to make sure it doesn't get damaged.
