The person I scheduled with sent me a list of items they cover and with that I scheduled. The tech arrived late, but I let it go once she arrived. I showed all the areas needing to be cleaned and once that was covered, I let her do her thing and stayed out of the way. I could tell based off the first room she was struggling as she was cussing to herself. The rest of the house seemed to go smoother. Once she was done, she notified me, and left. Once I walked around the house, I noticed the counters in the kitchen weren't cleaned, the top of the fridge wasn't cleaned, blinds were "cleaned" but not thoroughly or at all and what blinds were cleaned you could see where a quick swipe was done leaving dust behind. Fans were also left dirty. All things that were said to be addressed. I reached out to the company who called me back and said that because the tech was there the entire time, there would be no partial refund option and just because they say they will cover all these areas doesn't mean they will get to them in that amount of time. They did offer to send someone out later in the evening or Sunday, I explained my baby shower was Saturday, so cleaning Sunday wouldn't work nor would coming later in the evening as the person couldn't get it done right the first time. Ended up ending the call letting them know I wouldn't be recommending them due to poor customer service. Received a message on Yelp later letting me know the full balance would still be due. Don't waste your time if you want something done right.

I also want to preface this by saying that I was home working in my office while the cleaning was being done. Looking back, I should have done a more thorough walkthrough before the cleaner left, and I take responsibility for that. The woman who came to my home was kind, punctual, and polite. I have absolutely no complaints about her professionalism or demeanor. I have lived in my home for seven years and have never hired a cleaning service before. I clean every week, and I feel our home is generally well maintained. My daughter was coming to celebrate her 30th birthday, and I wanted to reduce some of my stress by treating myself to a professional cleaning. I was given a quote of $350, which I felt was fair, so I booked the appointment and also gave a tip I felt was fair. The areas being cleaned were limited to the kitchen, living room, three bathrooms, and part of the primary bedroom. Three bedrooms were not included, nor did I request the shelves in the living room or entertainment center to be dusted. We have some collectibles and even I hate dusting them so didn't want to burden anyone else with it either. When the cleaning was finished, my husband asked if I was happy with the service. Before I even said anything, he commented that the house didn't look as clean as I usually leave it and that several areas appeared to have been missed. For him to notice was surprising because he rarely comments on cleaning. As I looked more closely, I found several issues. The stainless steel stove hood, cooktop, and refrigerator all had noticeable streaks. The floors also had streaks in several areas after being mopped. The baseboards had not been cleaned in the areas the checklist says they will, and the bathroom light fixtures had been overlooked. Ultimately, I ended up re-cleaning many of the areas myself. Again, I acknowledge that I should have completed a detailed walkthrough before the cleaner left. However, for the price of the service plus a substantial tip, I expected more attention to detail. The cleaning took approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours, and I have been left feeling that I could have put that money toward celebrating my daughter's birthday since I ended up cleaning and doing most of the work myself. Another disappointment was that, before the cleaner left, I asked about scheduling monthly service and was told someone would contact me. That appointment was in mid-April, and I never received a follow-up. At this point I wouldn't move forward with recurring service anyway, but it added to my overall disappointment. I'm glad so many other customers have had positive experiences, as those reviews are what led me to choose this company. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match those expectations. My advice to future customers would be to do a thorough walkthrough before the cleaner leaves to make sure everything meets your expectations

I wanted to find someone local and where the money went to their entire team. I was up front that I didn't want her discussing money or what would be included because I knew that would stress out my mother in law and also she would feel bad if she wanted more services and thought they cost extra. Lucy asked to come stop by the house to assess it first which I thought was reasonable so she could quote it accurately. From there it went downhill. First of all she was late. Which is fine in itself but when you are dealing with the elderly they prefer people to be on time because they literally plan their entire day around a visit. 15 min late became 30 min late... and to me that's not acceptable. You should be on time. It's a matter of respect. Secondly she made comments to my mother in law about every aspect of her house and made her feel bad, it gave the impression that everything was dirty. She asked oh do you want to add blinds, that will be extra. Do you want to add the oven, that will be extra. It made my mother in law uneasy and I asked her not to discuss these specifics for this extra reason and to just give me line items of what each thing would be additionally so I could make the best decision for us. Lastly she told my mother in law it would take 8+ hours to clean her 1100 square foot house and that she had to take all the items off all her counters. She is elderly and that was just too much for her. I felt Lucy should have listened to me and discussed all these things with me, the person that would be paying and hiring her, not with my mother in law. Had that happens I could have explained it to her in a nicer way. What happened instead is my mother in law was offended, felt I was getting ripped off because she felt the time quote was too long, and she felt nickel and dimed with all the extras and overwhelmed with the task of having to clear her countertops.

They knew I was trying to have my home cleaned before giving birth the following week. She arrived with her father, who was helping clean. Unfortunately, two of my ceiling fans now have broken fan blades/panels after the cleaning. The areas I specifically asked them to prioritize "couldn't be finished due to time," yet I was told how easy it would be for my husband to remove vent covers and clean them himself--which was frustrating considering I had hired and paid for a cleaning service. Also, be aware that when you're told you'll receive "2 hours" of cleaning, that appears to mean 1 hour from her and 1 hour from the person assisting her, not 2 full hours from one cleaner as I had assumed. After my experience, I looked through local community groups and found numerous posts from people dating back to 2019 describing similar experiences. Based on my own experience, I won't be using this company again or recommending them.
