This was my first time going to this nail salon, and I absolutely loved everything from the moment I walked in until the very end! Lani did my nails, and she paid such close attention to detail. I got my nails done and wasn't super thrilled about how they turned out. the polish was thick, clumpy and started to bubble and peel a few hours after they were finished. I went in for a nail repair the next day and was immediately helped. Veronica repainted them, shaped them and made them look like new no charge. Veronica also sends follow up messages to check on the quality and satisfaction of service which I really appreciate. read more

I had such a great experience with Stephanie! She was so sweet, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My pedicure came out sooo good and she really took her time with everything. I had an appointment on 6/18/2026 at 1:35 p.m. Even though I arrived 5 minutes early, checked in, and was acknowledged by two staff members, I wasn't attended to until 2:14 p.m. As a first-time customer, I felt very uncomfortable waiting that long. By the time I was finally seen, it had been almost 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and I was honestly on the verge of crying from the frustration and lack of communication. I asked for short Gel-X nails in a milky white color, and my nail technician did a nice job on the nails themselves. However, after such a long wait, I thought there might at least be some acknowledgment of the inconvenience, such as a discount. Instead, I paid the full price of $134.93 and still left a tip for my technician. Unfortunately, after only two days, two of my toenails began turning brown, and my thumbnail chipped. I remembered my technician mentioning that nail fixes are complimentary within the first week (and $5 afterward), so I scheduled a repair appointment. When I returned on 7/25/2026 at 1:00 p.m., the technician I had scheduled with was working on another client. What appeared to be a manager ended up doing my repairs instead, and she seemed visibly annoyed that she had to fix my nails. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. After fixing my thumbnail, she left all of the filing dust on my nail and didn't apply cuticle oil or do any finishing touches. I told her everything looked fine because I'm not a confrontational person, especially since she seemed upset, but I left feeling even more uncomfortable than when I walked in. I'm not writing this review to criticize or tear down the salon. I genuinely wanted to have a great experience, which is why I chose to come here in the first place. I just left feeling really sad that customers can be treated this way. Between the excessive wait despite having an appointment, the quality issues that appeared within two days, and the uncomfortable experience when I returned for a repair, I never felt like my time or concerns were valued. I'm simply sharing my honest experience so others know what mine was like and so the salon has the opportunity to improve how future customers are treated. For the nearly $135 I paid, I expected much better customer service. read more

I did a walk-in early one morning for a pedi and Veronica was my technician. This salon is everything you want it to be, clean, stylish, and affordable, but most importantly, friendly and caring. The little velvet rope and red carpet leading in to the salon is super cute, and is a great way to make customers feel extra special. I had been bouncing around to various salons and just couldn't find one that pleased me. I am more of a spontaneous "let's go get a pedi" type of girl, but will be faithful to one salon if I can find a good place. Thank goodness I found Vanity. I love that they also have later hours, as this really helps with my schedule. It had been awhile since I'd had a pedi due to some life issues. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and seated right away. They have both basic and upgraded pedi options, and I felt all were affordable and very competitive prices. There were many great color/gel options as well. Veronica not only did a great pedi, she was also a wonderful conversationalist and her warmth and caring for people is absolutely evidient in her interactions. I did not at all feel judged for having gone a little long between visits. Instead, I was encouraged to enjoy my self care that day. I look forward to a return visit soon. I left with a great (and very long lasting) gel pedi, I felt better about myself, and feel like I've finally found a nail salon that is invested in making people look and truly feel good. read more

Absolutely LOVE this salon! Before I even stepped foot into the salon I felt like royalty walking down their red carpet outside. Once I got inside, I was greeted by all the technicians; it was very welcoming. The salon is very clean and organized. I brought my 3yr old daughter with me and they were so sweet to her and did her nails and put on whatever she wanted on the tv while I got a pedicure. Jojo did my pedicure and did an amazing job. I recently visited Vanity Polish Nails and Spa here in Las Vegas and had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so pleasant and attentive. I was greeted right away and felt welcomed. I actually found them through a TikTok promo collab with Dani | Vibe Curator. I secured their $80 special by paying the $20 deposit. I didn't realize you had to book ahead of time (totally my fault for not reading the terms ), but they were so kind and accommodating. They explained the policy, educated me for next time, and still went ahead and serviced me that day. During my pedicure, JuJu was so gentle and did a really nice job. Another nail tech, Melia, kindly offered me water while I was getting pampered, which was such a thoughtful touch. My manicure was done by Victoria, she was just as wonderful! Both ladies listened to my small requests for nail shape and applied polish with great technique, making sure the coats were even and smooth. I really appreciated their attention to detail. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They're very rude and unprofessional. They can't keep any nail techs and the owner is a known racist. I will run far away from this place. They have it all set up outside with red carpets to try to lure you in, but it's by far the worst nail salon in Vegas. Not to mention all of the nail tech, including the owner are consistently drunk at work. This was, without exaggeration, the worst nail salon experience of my life…read more I booked an appointment through their system, yet upon arrival nobody even bothered to check my reservation or ask for my name. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell me on extremely expensive services. The most shocking part is that these prices are being charged by people who seem to lack even basic knowledge and skills in their profession. First of all, hygiene standards were practically nonexistent. The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.
