I was looking for department 56 snow/winter Villages. Last year, I ordered one item and it came, easily, no problems. This year I went back to them because of my positive experience last yeAr. This year I experienced nothing but troubles. I placed my order online, got an email conformation form Kelly boutique of my order being received. Three weeks later I hant heard a word of my order being shipped. I contacted them through their website, and in the email I asked why I hadn't heard anything and where my products were. I got no response for almost a week, with someone saying they were sorry none of my items were in stock and I would not be receiving anything. Problem was my credit card had already been charged $144.05 for 7 items! A few days after that I recieved an email saying I needed to call them to get a refund, no where did it say they would refund me online, and contact me. I had to contact them. Well that turned into a nightmare, I called for over 3 weeks, never getting a hold of someone! It is my understanding that his boutique is shared with a car wash. Seems weird to me, everythime I called I got the car wash. I was always told Kelly's boutique was closed or the workers had already gone home for the day. I left message After message and didn't get any responses. I kept calling and speaking to someone at the car wash, expressing my frustration, finally I got a call back a few days later to call them back to receive my refund. Of course when you call them back you don't get anyone, they have gone home already, etc. it took 38 days for me to actually speak to someone to give me my refund. It was just a worker, so she took my card number down and said it would be entered later when the owner was in. I asked for a conformation, like email, to show the actual refund since I no longer trust this company, and it's Sunday and I have yet to receive anything! So, after all this, they still have my money for items I never recieved, or they never even had in stock! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, and I wish they would take all my emails and phone calls and change their ways to customers, but as of now, they are still very unorganized and unfriendly. This has been a horrible horrible experience, never do business with them., today I will be calling my credit card company to dispute this charge.

Just like with anyplace when you're looking for a good deal you do have to look through things and evaluate the price. The great thing about this pop up is that everything is really well organized so you can flip through things quickly and the really good deals jump out at you. As an example, at the August 2025 sale I found a frozen jacket with matching skirt for $4, dollhouse with furniture for $45, sleeping bag set (with pillow and blanket) for $10 and the clothes and sleeping bag look hardly worn/ used. I went on Friday so it wasn't even the earliest you could go. The more recent one I went twice and I did notice when I went on Saturday that a ton had already sold so there wasn't as much to pick from. But on Sunday lots of items are half off so you can get some really good deals on something that was just a bit overpriced initially (I got a three pack of disney princess dress up/ nightgowns for $7.50 that way). So if you really want the best stuff or if you're looking for something specific, go early. If you want great deals, best bet is early general public (Thursday) or Sunday for the half off.

I came here this morning in a bit of a rush. I didn't have much time before I had to be at work and…read moremy mom, who met me there, said they opened at 10am. We got there at 10:05 maybe- nobody is there, doors are locked. We wait a few minutes before I start to get anxious and call. Nobody answers. Now it's 10:20 and I'm upset. I have to be at work soon and this is a complete waste of my time. While we are waiting for someone to arrive to open the store my mom and I sit on a porch swing hanging outside the front door. IT BREAKS AND WE FALL TO THE FLOOR. I'm ok, my mom (who is almost 60) says she's ok but her ankle hurts. She's more embarrassed than anything. Just as I am helping her up the owner pulls up. 10:21, again she is supposed to be open at 10. She walks by us to open the door. No, "Good morning... Sorry I'm late... Have you been here long?... What can I help you with?" Nothing. We tell her that the swing broke while we were on it. She says, "Oh it's old, I need to fix it." Now I'm PISSED. We've been waiting for you for 20 minutes, we fall and hurt ourselves on your rickety old furniture and you don't even ask us if we are OK???!!! Seriously. My mom hurt herself and you couldn't care less. Awful customer service and just rude and heartless in general. I will not ever spend a dime in that store. Thanks for making my mom feel bad and ruining our morning.
