The clasp on the diamond heart necklace my husband gave me for our 25th wedding anniversary (We just celebrated our 47th!) had broken. I wear it every day, so was at a total loss. My parents have been customers of Van's for over 20yrs so they suggested that I take it to them to be fixed. It was beautifully repaired, and cleaned so it looked like it was brand new! When they discovered that I wore it daily, they even did the repair and cleaning in just two hours, rather than the two days that was suggested. Both my husband and I were more than delighted both with the quick service and incredibly wonderful workmanship! I had a custom ring done for my husband and have had several rings sized as well as a watch. All quickly and expertly done.
