Bought new in late 2000 and now with over 290,000 miles on the odometer, the cluster LCD panels failed over time, as they are prone to long term failure. They expertly disassembled my cluster, replaced the defective components and reassembled and tested it, providing me also with solid re-installation advice. Everything, including the central LCD panel instructions, work as they should. If you've got a car (MBZ vintage owners, take note), and need the cluster repaired, see them, or send it in for repair.
