Person who runs the counter is very rude. I've spent a couple hundred bucks here over the years. Walked in 2/16 around 3:20 to grab a grinder and an airtight container. Counter employee opted to sell some guy $5 worth of vapes instead of helping me. When I confronted them and told them I had been waiting longer they told me to keep waiting. Bad business read more

The man running the shop with standing in front of the door smoking a cigarette without a mask on. I was honestly pissed off at this point but I was already there so I went in looking for a Vape for flower. I looked at a Davinci unit, saw the price was $150 and found the same unit was originally 119$ now 99$. Direct from the manufacturer Do they not expect their customers to check the price? I went to an authorized pax dealer instead and got a pax 3 for $250, mainly because it's a price protected item. I really like the lady and her dog that works here, she wears a mask every time I see her and maintains proper distance. She probably wouldn't have been able to match the retailer price but she would have been respectful about it. read more

This is my new favorite smoke shop. My heavy-handed fiance bought a $65 bong and accidentally broke it 5 minutes from when we got home while he was washing it. So about half an hour later I return to the shop for a new one. The cashier, Iris, who helped us the first time felt really bad and gave me a 25% discount on the second identical one of a different blue color. When I went to exchange the old bowl for a new ine to match she said I could keep both which were already on the house. She also gave me a free lighter of my choice and two complimentary blunts. Way over priced on all vape devices. Almost double. Was in there to purchase a vape set up and the person in there asked me how much I want to spend and I said $100 not knowing she had no information on anything. Even pricing. I asked about the quality on couple different items and the respond was. ITS GOOD. It was to a point that I had to take my phone out and start looking for information and ratings of each item. I finally decided to go with smok morph 219 kit which she said it was $80 dollars even though it was being sold online for $60. I was still willing to buy it cuz I know they have to make money and they have a larger over head then online. Once I said ok I'll go ahead and pick that and chooses the color she comes back and says ohh it's actually $100 dollars. I was like really that's almost double of what I can buy it for online. I also didn't like the fact she was still trying to lie and say it was going to be more online due to taxes, fees, shipping. I actually went forward to place an order online to see what the total cost would be, and what do you know no tax , no fees and over night shipping $59.99. Her respond ohh it's good deal. SMDH. I made the decision to just get it online but still purchase a juice. Then she said the kit online I still have to buy batteries for as if the kit inside her store included batteries. It was the same kit and was kinda pissed at this point and wanted to see if she actually was correct on one thing. NO SHE WAS NOT the online kit did come with batteries. Let's not forget the kit that she first said it was 80 then it was 100 she also didn't even say anything that it don't come with batteries. Was she ever going to even tell me if I purchased it ? How much extra was the batteries ? Was I really about to pay almost 3 times more then online??? I would never go back and make sure to tell others not to even go near the place. I regret being nice enough to even give business by spending 20 dollars for a bottle of juice. Can't understand how they are still operating and getting business with this type of service. read more
