I remember there being great prices and good service. After the way that employed treated me, I don't think I ever wanna come back except to try and talk to management. That woman should not continue working for you, unless you make VERY clear how she should conduct herself. And if for some reason her behavior is something you're OK with, then don't worry. I'll just make sure everyone else knows that too. Also, reading through the Google reviews, it appears I'm not the first person that this woman has grossly mistreated. I tried to patronize this business yesterday and what a huge mistake. I purchased a 5 pack of wine…read moreblack and milds as they did not carry the 25 case. I asked the young man were they fresh and he ensured me they were. I got home opened the first pack and all five cigars were stale. Opened the second pack and all five are stale. Assuming the same for the remaining pack, I called the store and asked to speak with a manager who basically said " its a hit or miss " with the products which blew my mind and basically told me no refunds or exchanges even after saying they don't really check the dates on the product. Don't waste your money or time!
