I saw very mixed reviews so I was leery, but they had my favorite juice that I couldn't find anywhere else (Milkshake Liquids), so I rolled the dice. To my pleasant surprise, the half dozen juices I ordered arrived two days later. Now I live in Southern CA, so I'm in the same area, and that helps, but they sent the right stuff and shipped it out the very next day. They have Boosted milkshake juices, which I hadn't seen anywhere else. I ordered banana and vanilla and both of these turned out to be good - and there aren't a lot of good milkshake vape juices out there. I saw someone say that they don't have legit juices because a couple bottles had "generic" labels on them. This also concerned me, but I also saw bottles with the current official label, so again I rolled the dice. I think the couple generic labels are from earlier versions of the brands, which might mean that these juices are older, but I have sampled both of them and they were good. I like good small businesses, so I hope that this place continues to do good work like this, and maybe gets the good reviews that come with that. All I can do is report my own experience. I've been using these guys for over a year now and they always have delivered exactly what I order. I've been looking through the messages and I can't believe how many have problems. Just to let you know, they have a telephone number that you can call and there's an actual sales person to talk to about your order. When the vape mail ban was going on I made a huge order before the ban took effect and I got everything I ordered. I ordered a gallon of nicotine with 50vg/50pg. And like 90oz of random Cuttwood products. I got everything I ordered. But I made a mistake in my Order. The last time I tried cuttwood's Unicorn Milk was in 2015. I remember really liking it. Smooth cereal taste that was really good. But that was a long time ago. Since then I've gotten really into fruity flavors. When I tried the Unicorn milk I was really unhappy. And I was so mad at myself for ordering mostly unicorn milk. I also got a variety pack which included Cuttwood's Mega Mellons which I absolutely loved. I'm crazy about it. So I wrote Vapecantric like 5x with no response. So I looked in their contact info and found their telephone number. I called directly about my order and every time I called I got someone. They even knew my name when I called back. They were really nice and helpful. I told them that I made a mistake when ordering and if I could send back my order and replace all the unicorn milk with Mega Mellons, that would be great. He said it was fine. So I did. The thing is, since this happened the vape mail ban went into effect. But luckily I have a friend in Texas and she agreed to get the order and then send it to me. So I sent back my order (I live in New York) and I got the order I sent back re delivered to me because I forgot to put on the suite number. So it cost me an extra $30 to mail it again. But I bought over $100 in vape so it's definitely worth it. Now I sent it back to vapecantric and my friend told me she got the order and is sending it to me today. She didn't open it so hopefully it's everything I ordered. When I receive it I'll update. But so far so good. You just have to call them directly. Not sure why but I've had our second occurrence of getting bottles with broken seals from them. Not to mention getting a bunch of expired ejuices in the past, but they did fix that with a bottle of newer juice. I really wanted to be a good customer to these guys but now I cannot order from them again. Just double check your juice if you do order from them to make sure it's not tampered with. read more

I placed an order (#101602) four and a half months ago (long before COVID-19) but never received it, and no one is responding to my messages. All I want at this point is just to have my hard earned money refunded. Edit: I placed an order on 4/11/20 with a store credit I received because I never received the order I placed in November(!). After not hearing anything or seeing any progress on my most recent order for 2.5 weeks, I messaged you. You finally responded to me about a week ago to let me know you were out of 1 of the products I ordered and asked if I had an alternate choice. I immediately responded with an identically priced alternative. Again, I never heard back AND my order status hadn't changed. Today, I see that I was refunded for 2 (not 1) of the products I ordered. There are a few problems with that but the main one is that I was refunded for only $23.98 when the 2 products that claim to have been refunded total $35.98. Within minutes, I received an invoice via email that list ALL the products as having shipped. So, which is it? Has ANYTHING shipped?? I've sent your company so many messages, more than half of which go completely unanswered (and that includes messages sent WAY before COVID). It's completely unacceptable. I've been dealing with absolute nonsense with your company for more than 5 months now and have NEVER received ANY products. Enough is enough. I want a full refund for the money I spent, not a store credit and not any product. Pull my order shipment out of whatever is sent to ship (if it's even really there), restock it on your shelves, and refund my money in full. read more

I am so impressed with these guys right now. I'm surprised there are no Yelp reviews and I couldn't find a place to leave a Google review. I ordered late on a Sunday from Austin Texas because they had the Five Pawns juice I was looking for and a reasonably competitive price on the Smok Novo 2. They had an offer for a free Smok micro that really sealed the deal for me to go with them. However, I am impressed because I didn't have to pay for shipping and I had the option to upgrade to expedited shipping for a nominal fee. I received the package Tuesday afternoon after ordering after 10pm on Sunday. Everything was expertly packaged and the packing slip even had some handwritten notes about some free upgrades. I strayed to vapecentric because they were the only place that has what I needed. A bit overpriced and shipping is expensive for basic shipping, not priority or 2 day. Received only 2 of 3 items I had ordered. 3 weeks later I called and they explained that my 3rd item wasn't in stock, the reason I didn't receive it. Ordered for the first time from Vapecentric as they had good prices. I ordered 3 bottles of one eliquid. I've been buying this juice for years and is always a caramel color - these bottles were clear liquid. Vapecentric told me to let it steep. Over 3 months later of steeping, still clear liquid. I mixed some with the regular (good) juice to see if flavor was on point. It tasted funny and I had to empty the tank. No response from Vapecentric. Waste of money. I don't know where they get this juice, if it truly is the real brand, or I inhaled some unknown liquid. read more

I ordered some top shelf juice from this site and I received the right ones but were expired since 2012. I don't know how they held onto these juices for so long but I ordered two orders of two 60oz x2 and they sent me 4 30oz (x2) instead, obviously trying to get rid of their old batch at consumers expense. Took a month for them to ship out my order. I was prepared for a couple weeks delay due to the the USPS situation and the pandemic but I don't think those were the only cause. I've ordered other things from California and from the east coast and they only took a couple days with USPS. Gigi was helpful and always responded back to me with updates. Initially I was told because of what I've presumed, but later I was also informed that shipments from their end were pending as well which caused this huge backlog. Gigi offered me to change my order on the 3rd week for faster shipment, but my question is why advertise something on your website when you don't have the inventory for them yet? If I knew they were out of stock, I wouldn't have proceeded with the order in the first place. I felt like I was baited. Overall 3 stars because I finally got what I want, but the long delays and inconsistent updates (from USPS's fault to the products I wanted was out of stock and they're awaiting shipment) - I give 3 stars.
