After I had paid him, he looked up at me and gave me a couple of bucks back. He said discount for buying both. I had already paid him, done deal and the guy gave me money back. I'll never forget that, and that was his intention. His plan worked, he got me. Good selection of stuff, but the guy was something else. He's not worried about the sale he's doing today, he is more about getting you to coming back next time. I'm going back today, I was just checking Yelp to see the store hours. Yes, I am ashamed to admit that I paid $70 for a Vision Spinner (the FIRST model, not even the new model 2). That wasn't even including the price for the cartomizer, which was an additional $20. I was excited to start vaping and I bought from the first person I went to, which was Sam. I was naive and trusted that he wouldn't rip me off. He's pretty loud and a bit pushy but overall he was nice and I thought he was just trying to be helpful. He gave me a Vision Spinner in a Vision Spinner 2 box. When I got back to work I started looking around online and only then when I saw pictures of the Vision Spinner 2 did I realize that I hadn't paid for the new model, I had paid for the old model, and was WAY overcharged. I went back after work and he immediately recognized me and knew exactly why I was there. He claimed that he realized he had given me the wrong box after I left. (This was without me informing him why I had come back) He said he had given the Spinner 2 to another customer and the boxes has just gotten switched. I then told him that I was disappointed that I had paid so much money and not gotten the new model. He conveniently said that he was currently out of the Vision 2 Spinners, but if he would have had one he would have gladly traded me, "No Problem!". He then went on to tell me about how the price was more than what I had found on the internet because he had to pay shipping, rent for his store, etc. I don't mind taking care of my local businesses but I feel like a 250% price markup is just a bit much. I asked him if he would take my # and call me to trade for the new model once he got more inventory. He PROMISED that he would call me and I could trade for the new model once he got some more. That was 2 weeks ago. If he had called me back to trade he could have earned back my business even though $70 is still too much to pay even for the Vision Spinner 2. I'll take my part of the blame. I would have gone back for flavors, parts, etc. but as it is I will never go back. I have already found another shop in T.O that is much cleaner, nicer employees that aren't pushy, and has much better prices. Sam, if you read this, you have my number and I'm still waiting for my trade. I'll also be happy with a refund, but we both know that's not gonna happen.
