I rarely (never) sign up for a Yelp account to write a single review, but this place is stellar. I'm new to vaping and as other reviews have said, the staff here walked me through the basics and pointed me towards a good mid-range starter kit without pushing for upsells and last-minute additions. They probably spent 20 minutes or more showing me the ins and outs, and even jokingly insisted that I fill the tank myself so that I would have the confidence to do so when I was alone. My second visit was to investigate a technical problem that I had encountered several times in the week or two since my initial purchase. Upon hearing my description they immediately recognized the problem (newbie oversight on my part) and were able to help me get it sorted - without charge and with a smile and a tone of genuine care. Pleasantries aside: I don't have much to compare their juices and equipment to, but being able to go into a local shop and discuss the mechanics and sample flavors is stellar for the beginner. I understand that their juices are considered some of the best around, and I intend to continue buying the good stuff rather than searching for a basement bargain from some random, myspace-looking website. Having a physical location with understanding and helpful staff has been crucial for me getting started in vaping - I was having no luck solving my technical issue online - and the convenience of being able to shop their wares online and get fast local delivery is just icing on the cake. Well, I went back to VapeRite this afternoon. The reason being is that the vape store near my house gave me incorrect advice. Apparently my vape did not charge last night. So, I went back to this store to check out why it wasn't working. (The only reason I went back to that store was the fact I bought the tank there.) Well, before I knew it was dead, the guy recommended that we replace the coil. I may not be an expert on this vape stuff--but I knew that wasn't correct. So, I got in my car and travelled to VapeRite. I knew that guy was full of sh*t! Jenna was working and she said it probably was the battery and not the coil. And she tested it and it was. Now, one thing I am positive about VapeRite is they actually troubleshoot. These other stores just want your money and will tell you anything for you to purchase more of their crappy supplies. Jenna was absolutely a delight to work with. (She always is!) I have spent a lot of money over the last 2 months from other vape stores, beside VapeRite. Every time that I have brought in the sh*t to VapeRite that I purchased from any other vape store, VapeRite has straightened things out. They have never suggested I upgrade to a product that doesn't fit my needs. Jenna helped me find the right vape today. They know their sh*t--they will not give you a bunch of crap to make a sale. They explain the different options. And, they have the best selection. Here's my pledge: I WILL NEVER, EVER go to any other store than VapeRite. I should of learned that a while back. Finally getting around to writing a review I've been meaning to write for a while now! Vaperite is probably the best vape shop I've been in in quite some time. I've visited shops in California, Oregon, Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana and the list goes on. On a whim I decided that I'd check out the shops here in Atlanta between trips back out for work and Vaperite was first on the list. My buddies had been going on about it for a while so I figured it was time to check out what the big deal is about. For a B&M their prices are ridiculously competitive but I'm more than happy to pay the extra couple bucks for the customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the staff. Make sure you have your ID ready (I was warned they're ID nazis) and as soon as I mentioned that I had never been in the store before I was not only walked through the layout of the store but she helped me through the store from start to finish. The customer service was beyond any service I'd gotten befor. Bianca is the girl to talk to. She was enthusiastic, explained things without talking over my head and beyond that went out of her way to make sure that I knew bout all the deals, crazy promotions and that I left with a free bottle of vapejuice for doing their text thing. So, I have used smaller vape pens before and didn't get very into the whole concept when I was first using them. I have since gone back to cigarettes until I decided to take the plunge and go get myself something decent. I did a little research before I went in and landed on a brand and model that I wanted and that this location just happened to have. When I arrived at the store, the staff greeted me warmly (which is always super nice, no matter what kind of business you're running) and I got down to business. Unfortunately, they didn't have the color of the model I wanted. I made many sad faces but in the end, the knowledgable staff was able to hook my wife and I up with two units that are pretty rad. They answered my questions, put up with my indecision and lack of knowledge with a great deal of grace, and even managed the network going down on them very very well. In the end, we got out for under $300 with the right equipment, the knowledge about the equipment to maintain it, and a very happy feeling about our experience. If you want to sit down and learn yourself a little something about vapes, these are the folks to talk to! I wish I could give them more than five stars today! Last week I went into VapeRite for probably the 4th or 5th time and had my 4th or 5th good experience in this shop. I went in to purchase some pre-made twisted coils that I had purchased on my last trip in. I am not super interested in spending 20 minutes wrapping tiny wires around tiny screwdrivers, then trying to force the aforementioned tiny wire through a tiny hole. I do not have the dexterity, hand-eye coordination, or patience for it. Hence, my interest in pre-made coils, which I was disappointed to find that they no longer carried. Seeing my frustration I was referred to Bianca, who was described as the "Lead Builder". I waited at the vape bar and picked out a juice (Ruthless- "Slurricane"). A few minutes later I met Bianca and, after a few questions on my preferences, she was building out my RDA. I returned to the vape bar and tried out a few more juices. The guys over there are really helpful with suggestions and letting you try out however many juices you want. My build from Bianca ended up being fantastic and I am still vaping on it today. read more

This place is awesome!! Everytime I go there I'm always taking care of and I always get exactly what I need and I always get excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have been a loyal customer for a year and a half. Even after moving out of state I continued to order my favorite juice from them and turning others on to them. However I am very disappointed that they have changed suppliers and lost the flavors that I have enjoyed. As a result I have to find a new vendor. Even after returning my last order and voicing my concerns I got a very lame response and think this is an attempt to increase margins vs providing a quality product. If they fix this issue I will gladly return as a loyal customer. Voice your concerns with this bad business decision and get them back to the quality we expect and demand. I had recently quit smoking ciggarettes and picked up my first mod in Alpharetta. When i walking into Vaperite I actually got carded, which never happens and I think is a great idea. I was helped by Mac who taught me a lot about everything I needed to know and immediately started to feel welcome. Mac spent time with me and we swapped stories while at the bar trying flavors. I was worried that my mod that had been built in Alpharetta wasnt very good and i asked if there was any way they could rebuild,ac brought over Brandon and he was amazing too! He walked me through the steps in building my own mod and answered any stupid questions that I had. Both guys had amazing customer service and have definitely made a customer for life. I love VapeRite. It's my Go to Vape shop. Very friendly staff and most definitely helpful for the newer people. Helped me get setup after getting my first mod last year and I've gone here ever since. Also helped set my mom up with an Ego One. Great juice selection from imports to house juice. People forget it's a lounge as well. I go a few days a week after class to do some Hw and chop it up with some staff. Great store for newcomers and Hardcore vapers like myself. If you're in the are check it out! Awesome place.... I am a newbie and went in with a copper mod I purchased from a friend and had no idea what the hell I was getting into..... The staff there helped me take apart my mod and completely clean it (it was horrific, to say the least) I needed a battery and coil etc etc the staff there (Jeff and Vic) where very helpful with showing me how the mod worked and showed me all the ins and outs and explained the potential dangers and how to avoid them. Everyone was very professional and friendly (no snootiness here) I recommend this place to anyone new to vaping. Very impressed. Btw- many kudos to the valuable assets this company has working there. I've been vaping for about 2 years on the lower end of the spectrum with vape pens, etc, and just wasn't able to get the level that I was looking for. I went in and talked to Nick Duncan, and he took the time to explain what the options were for decent mods, tanks, coils, etc., and made certain that I had the information that I needed to move to the next level in vaping. I'm an over the road truck driver so I've been in vape shops all over the country. They not only have a huge stock of different imported brands, but they are always experimenting to make new and better tasting juices. Legendary customer service! Being a first-timer in the world of vaping I had the necessary consultation and introduction to it right on the spot. I come from Finland where only a few headshops provide this gear and the juices, so service like this really is something that turns my head. I've been vaping for several years now and I honestly don't know jack about mods or anything to do with vaping and these guys have been great about teaching me what's up with these things.
