I was messaging with Shelley and upon finally making it to their store I was met a bigger set gentleman named Jake. He's like a teddy bear, was extremely professional, apologized for my past visit and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It was unfortunate due to the new laws passing for vapes in California. Their store was cleared of their usual inventory and they now have special glass pieces for sale amongst several other products.
