Waiting in a long line for the new thrift shop to open next few stores down from this specific smoke shop. Was standing in front of the door where there is signs that says don't stand in front of door. I have 2 of my children with me while I was standing in front talking to them not paying attention to this smoke shop. So NICK (an employee here NOT A CUSTOMER) open the door abruptly and hits me with the door. Does not apologize just points at the signs and tell me he has been having to tell people all day to stop standing in front of the door. Does that give him a valid reason to open the door and hit me with it. Not apologize or sincere just get away from the door. I went inside to apologize for standing there in which case I proceeded to say he could have apologized for hitting me with it. Instead he still defends his part and never once apologized just to do so. Here I am writing a review on NICK he stated "go ahead and write the review then in front of his peers and management" . Also some other guy (management BALD GUY) came outside and poked me on the arm to tell me about the signs and to please stay clear. He could have said all this without touching me as well. Then tells the thrift shop, of which we are waiting in line for over 3 hours, that I can't go inside but my daughter who are underage not even teenagers can go in by themselves with my money and buy something. But I can't go in. The guy who poked me (did not give a name) appears to be associated with this shop or just neighbors and told them I'm disturbing their business. I'm a restaurant manager and we make sure to keep customers and guests happy with the experience we offer. Not acceptable for nick or the bald guy to hit me with door or poke me to then attempt to kick me out of line. The thrift store workers allowed us to go in and helped us to the front of the line so we can expedite the visit since the situation became severe due to the lack of customer satisfaction at this smoke shop. So everyone be aware of NICK hitting you with the door. He was rude and did not care to do so! Maybe someone should hit him with the door and see his response. read more

I usually love this place. It was my go to all the time for the best Kratom and kava drinks as well as amazing vape products. However on 8/27 I learned that I will NEVER return to this establishment. I was slut shamed by this very rude employee. I have never in my life experienced such rude remarks. One of the tea tenders told me in a very harsh tone to button up my flannel shirt over my crop top. I was not showing any cleavage or anything inappropriate. There was one other customer and no kids there and I buttoned it up like he asked, picked up my stuff, paid, and left. He chased me out into the parking lot and yelled at me that I had no right to be upset and it that what he did was not slut shaming. When I had asked him before I left why my shirt was inappropriate, he said it was because other people would say stuff about me and what would people think. I again, did not show anything inappropriate. I had a flannel long sleeve shirt over a bright yellow crop top and a black skirt that came down to my mid thigh. I personally felt scared, traumatized because I've been raped and sexually assaulted before, and to me his harsh tone about my body and my clothing seemed like slut shaming. Here is the definition of slut shaming: Slut -shaming is the practice of criticizing people, especially women and girls, who are perceived to violate expectations of behavior and appearance regarding issues related to sexuality." I find there to be no other reason why he criticized my outfit. There was another girl that walked in as he was saying all this to me wearing a sports bra and leggings. This was the worst and most humiliating experience I've ever had at a Kratom/vape establishment. What kind of customer service is it to chase someone out into the parking lot when the customer paid and left. He yelled in the parking lot at me and I asked him nicely to stop yelling at me and he wouldn't so I'll never give this place another dollar of mine until they learn to hire people with more respect. read more
