The entire bottom fell out of the love seat - impossible to sit on - and the couch is close behind for the same failure. I filed a claim under the warranty and they sent someone out to look at it. He said it wasn't repairable so they would have to replace. Said Conn's would get back to me in a few days No response for a couple of weeks so I called them. After 45 minutes on the phone I was told the claim was DENIED! I paid thousands of dollars for couches that are literally falling apart and they denied the claim without explanation. So I said I wanted to appeal the decision. I was then put into a circular round of hell going from one person, then on hold for 30-40 minutes, then the next person transfers me, another lengthy hold, just to end up right back with the first person. THEN THEY PUT ME INTO THE CIRCLE AGAIN - same result. Back to an employee with no ability to make resolution and I wasted days on the phone to no avail. This company is THE WORST! We are stuck with lousy couches that we can't use and trying to get Conn's to do the right thing is a pointless waste of time. Please don't waste precious money or time dealing with these people. They're the worst!!!

Samantha works with Ferguson's headquarters in Virginia, inside sales representative that answers calls about plumbing and lighting. She doesn't give up trying to find me a hard to find uncommon part. I needed shortest length (1 foot) 3/8" double ended gas line connector, or 3/8" on one end and 3/8" mail FLARED end on the other end. Hardly anything uses 3/8", so Home Depot and Ace do not carry it, but Lowes did carry 3/8" but it was 36" long. I don't have room in my RV cabinet (to hook up RV fridge to run on propane) for all that hose. Samantha made several phone calls to manufacturers to find me that hose, but some manufacturers were not available. So she had to call me back next day. Well she never did call me back, so I assume she didn't find a 12" hose, but a friend had one in his garage, that he didn't need. I didn't even think they existed. If I had a company, I sure would be honored to have an employee like Samantha. I wish she could work for some of the property management companies that "aren't there for me" and give me horrid service, that I have to beat out of them.
