ordered boots online and checked return policy first to make sure I could exchange them if they didn't fit, they say they will return or exchange unworn boots in good condition 30 days. This is a lie. Wore my boots for 20 minutes and never left my kitchen, sent them back in pristine condition on the day after they got here. They sent me pictures of dust on the soles of the boot and refused to exchange. If you can try the boot on in the store then I guess go for it but be careful because the boots I sent back were cleaner than most boots you would see on the shelf in a boot store. Got there early, right when they opened. As soon as the Salesperson "Dani (sp?)" opened the door, she was ready to help me. They had a really nice selection. I have several pairs of boots and they are exotic leathers, so I wanted something that was regular leather. I am on my feet for a long time and sometimes have to walk a distance, while at work. I found some pairs that were great fits! She showed me several options, and was really good in keeping me on my budget also. The prices were very reasonable and walked out with three pairs of boots.
