    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ the store on Westmoreland. Would rather buy a new appliances than shop there again. Buyer Beware!

    I bought a new dishwasher for my wife's birthday. I then Yelped for "Dishwasher Installation"…read more Found Wilson Appliance Repair listing and called them. Spoke with the Owner/Tech Rob Wilson about his availability to do a dishwasher swap. I proceeded to schedule him for the next day. After texting him my address I quickly received txt msg from his appointment scheduling app, confirming the date and time. On the day of the appointment, I received another txt msg from his appointment scheduling app reminding me about the appointment. Rob with Wilson Appliance Repair was able to get my new dishwasher installed with out issue. He even had the Dishwasher Connection Kit on his truck. I was able to pay via Amex CC. You would be surprised the amount of vendors I deal with that don't take Amex, or try to charge an additional 3% to 5% to accept my Amex. This was not the case with Wilson Appliance, the price he quoted me was the price I paid. Plus he has updated payment technology that accepts payment via his mobile cc chip reader. It always may me a little leery when vendors pull out a pen & pad and starting writing my CC number down, or have to call someone in thier "office" and read my CC number to them over the phone. Again, I was completely at ease when I saw Wilson Appliance Repair had a mobile cc chip reader. I am happy with the service Wilson Appliance Repair provided and would recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair and/or installation.

Tried to do the finance option and the…read morebarcode they made us scan made us open a credit card that we didn't want through a 3rd party company instead of their own. Manager LA or Ellie whatever was useless , when we tried calling the finance company to see what was going on they didn't help us or speak to the representative on the phone and we had no idea what to say or do in order to fix the issue since we didn't receive the approval code the worker was looking for. When we were shopping were provided the best customer ever, information overload, going above and beyond to answer questions and being helpful. However, once the purchase was finalized, the tables turned and all customer service was finalized. We called Andria, our salesperson, numerous times and was unable to reach her. We finally reached Cade, another worker that was there during the purchase. He advised to FaceTime him so that he could see the damage. During the FaceTime call, Cade stated the straps at their warehouse caused the damage and to send him pictures of the damage to his cell phone and he would let Andria know so that we could switch out the washer. We sent the pictures and never heard from her. Finally, I was able to get her on the phone. She acted as if she couldn't remember who I was or what the issue was even though she previously spoke with me several times prior to the issue about purchasing pedestals for the set. Long story short, she told me the only way she do anything was if we brought the washer back to the store and get the new one. I explained to her that I had no way to do that and by the damage being caused at their store with their straps the store should be responsible for getting me a brand new set with no damage which is what I'm paying for. In addition to the damage, the washer makes a horrible noise and jumps all over the floor during the cycle. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and still is. To know that I purchased a supposedly brand new washer at full price only to receive it damaged and loud and jumping all over the place is inexcusable. Also, to know that we purchased from Andria who absolutely has no integrity or conscious of how to treat customers that are responsible for her commission. The customer service experience was horrible. They are not genuine in their business practices. Buy at you own risk here because if the is ever a problem you are stuck on your own once they have your money. Good salespersons know word of mouth and referrals are a major part to sales. Obviously, Andria is far from this mindset. Save yourself some headache and just go to a more reputable store like Home Depot or Lowes. At least there you know you aren't dealing with shady individuals who are only concerned about making the sell and if something happens to the merchandise they will make sure it's replaced.
