Unfortunately, that was not the actual source of the leak. Because the real issue went unaddressed, my car lost transmission oil again shortly afterward, leading to repeated breakdowns and ultimately a complete transmission failure. I now need a full transmission replacement costing several thousand dollars, and Chariot has offered no meaningful help or accountability. I'm extremely disappointed with the misdiagnosis and the financial impact it caused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

I was charged for 4 new tires and one rim repair. So they definitely saw my rims. After the work they did I got a full refund from American financial income. It's a program they provide. The car still didn't make me feel safe. 2 weeks later the same 2 tires popped again on its own. It just blew out. Had to go to another auto body shop. They said it was the 2 rims that needed to be replaced as well. If you a professional how do you miss this important detail when I'm trusting my car in your hands. I'm happy it wasn't worse or it happened in a highway where it could have been deadly. Cops was called about this situation and even the cops said they go there periodically due to issues a customer has with them. The ones that fix the cars there use YouTube to get the job done. This was told to me by ex employees that worked there in the new shop i went to. Is why they left the job as well. If you love your safety this is the worse place you can go!
