Up to that point I had great air conditioning in my car. Well the next day after picking up my car I had to use air and realized it no longer worked. I called Kevin owner and told him and he was very defensive saying he never touched air. I said can I bring it in to be checked. Well he made appt for 9 days from phone call. I took care of in he held it for 2 days told me it was a broken wire and AAA must have did the damage. He said it would 200 and he could sodder it but I really should pay 850.00 as it needs a new compressor. I agreed to fixing wire. Well he said he would do a good job and sodder wire. Then next day he calls and says I need a compressor 850.00. Sooooo dishonest. Please do not take your car there as he can NOT BE TRUSTED. I picked my car up land would never ever go back or have anyone I know go there. Sad how dishonest people could be.

He suggested Motortrans instantly. Called the shop, spoke to Sean and arranged a tow from the dealer (who stalled). Anyway, Sean and company diagnosed the problem, dealt with the warranty company, and fixed/rebuilt the trans. And I hadn't even met them personally. People who know what they are doing, don't take shortcuts are hard to find in this sector. Add in that they are the nicest people, and this is what you get at Motortrans.

The service advisor took the time to explain the tread measurements and why replacement was recommended, which I appreciated. They were able to apply a promotional deal and coupon to help lower the cost, although replacing four tires was still a significant expense. Despite that, I felt the recommendations were reasonable and the staff was transparent throughout the process. The visit took a little longer than expected, but the associate I worked with was helpful and kept me informed along the way. Overall, the service met my expectations, and I appreciated the thorough inspection and professionalism from the team.
