    Buster loving the dog park

Situated just across from the valet, Vdara dog park is extremely convenient when taking the pup out. The park is clean, with the exception of those losers who don't pick up after their dogs. There's plenty of space for the puppers to run around and burn off some steam. The view is great and for the most part, secluded. They supply plenty of doggie poop bags, so please use them if you forgot yours at home or in the room.

@bailey_thechesapeake visiting Vegas for the first time! Staying at Vdara and using their wonderful park

Thank you so much for providing such a well maintained park with easy access to our room. Traveling with our 70 pound girl @bailey_thechesapeake was manageable because of this park. Not only was the park so pretty with fresh rake marks every morning, but they made it easy to get in and out of and also provided baggies for easy clean up. Cons: poor lighting at night, not very large But in comparison to other hotels and what they offer who really can complain!? The fact that they provide two gated parks on the strip deserves 5 stars in itself. Thank you Vdara!

We had a lot of trouble finding hotels with decent dog relief areas and we're so glad that the Vdara actually made this dog park a real destination. Recently also stayed at the Bellagio and we were appalled to find their dog relief area was a small dingy piece of artifical turf most likely soaked in pee. Overall it was very nice, clean, and quiet. Located adjacent to the valet. No room key is needed to gain access.

Yay for having a place for our kiddos to go relieve themselves. It really is a hidden gem that you would only find if you decided to walk out of the hotel, past the valet, and past the memorial park. It's not too big but not too small, maybe 12x36 feet, with two half circles of grass (surprisingly more lush and green than last year), a water fountain with 3 separate heights so that your furry companion can drink, one bench, two trash cans (one with a free poop bag dispenser). The only drawback that I see is that lighting at night is minimal, and there is a considerable gap in the fence on the far corner opposite the trash can. I would be afraid of small dogs escaping through it and getting lost in the memorial park below it. All in all, can't complain. Our dogs love it and potty quickly.

We were happy to find a hotel with a good location and a fenced-in dog area. The dog park is right across the valet parking area from the Vdara's main lobby doors, so was fairly easy to take the dog out for bathroom breaks. It's not huge, but is enough space for dogs to run around a little bit. Very small dogs may be able to fit through the fencing. Dog baggies are provided. Overall, very happy with this amenity

The worst park ever. Firstly it's tiny, then there's homeless people around it, it's dirty and the fountain doesn't work

Last night I came in ordered 2 drinks at the bar and asked to keep the tab open. I proceeded to sit at a table where the rest of my group was - they also had a tab going. 3-4 rounds of drinks happened while i was sitting at the table with not a ton of concern of who's tab its going under - we can always settle up afterwards. So i didn't think much of it and didn't make any attempts at closing out my tab any earlier. After about 2 hours our group decided to settle up. I go to close out my tab... to which I'm told and literally in the most nonchalant-est way: "oh, yeah i gave your card to another person. Im sorry about that" I reply with basic questions: who, when, why and literally the server is just going about his day like it wasn't a big mistake. "Yeah sorry i'd have to call her back in to get your card" and when i said "ok great call her back in, i'll wait" the reply was "oh i only know her first name" - at this point my entire group is irritated. I walked away, got on my app to lock the card and report it stolen. Thankfully technology allowed me to shut my card pff immediately but the point is they were so unbothered and insincere with their "yeeeaaahhh, sorry i gave your card away" in the most "whatever" style of attitude. Not an ounce of sincerity or remorse or urgency for that matter. There was no "omg, you should call your bank. Freeze your card. Im so sorry we made a mistake." Heaven forbid give me the 2 drinks for free cause this is a pretty big f*ck up on your part. But no... nothing outside of an "i cant be bothered by your problem" attitude. I am thankful whoever has my card didn't have time to swipe it at multiple places and go online shopping. I have a charge for $30 from PTs (likely the bill of the person who my card was given to) and was still asked to pay the $15 tab from my original 2 drinks. Definitely never setting foot in there again and I'm sure once word at work gets around a few others will follow and I realize that probably doesn't make a dent in their day to day operations, I hope this review will serve as a warning before you walk in there. Its hard to feel secure or interested in spending time and money in a place where they clearly don't 1) have proper procedures in place or a way to identify who they are giving cards back to and 2) a place who created a problem and treats you like they can't be bothered. Plenty of bars around the area - skip this one.

When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. I appreciate Puppy Boutique Las Vegas, Calvin, and Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping with his recovery and for making sure his health was taken care of.
