I've worked across the street for over a decade and have come in here countless of times and it has always been a good time until last night. Last night I came in ordered 2 drinks at the bar and asked to keep the tab open. I proceeded to sit at a table where the rest of my group was - they also had a tab going. 3-4 rounds of drinks happened while i was sitting at the table with not a ton of concern of who's tab its going under - we can always settle up afterwards. So i didn't think much of it and didn't make any attempts at closing out my tab any earlier. After about 2 hours our group decided to settle up. I go to close out my tab... to which I'm told and literally in the most nonchalant-est way: "oh, yeah i gave your card to another person. Im sorry about that" I reply with basic questions: who, when, why and literally the server is just going about his day like it wasn't a big mistake. "Yeah sorry i'd have to call her back in to get your card" and when i said "ok great call her back in, i'll wait" the reply was "oh i only know her first name" - at this point my entire group is irritated. I walked away, got on my app to lock the card and report it stolen. Thankfully technology allowed me to shut my card pff immediately but the point is they were so unbothered and insincere with their "yeeeaaahhh, sorry i gave your card away" in the most "whatever" style of attitude. Not an ounce of sincerity or remorse or urgency for that matter. There was no "omg, you should call your bank. Freeze your card. Im so sorry we made a mistake." Heaven forbid give me the 2 drinks for free cause this is a pretty big f*ck up on your part. But no... nothing outside of an "i cant be bothered by your problem" attitude. I am thankful whoever has my card didn't have time to swipe it at multiple places and go online shopping. I have a charge for $30 from PTs (likely the bill of the person who my card was given to) and was still asked to pay the $15 tab from my original 2 drinks. Definitely never setting foot in there again and I'm sure once word at work gets around a few others will follow and I realize that probably doesn't make a dent in their day to day operations, I hope this review will serve as a warning before you walk in there. Its hard to feel secure or interested in spending time and money in a place where they clearly don't 1) have proper procedures in place or a way to identify who they are giving cards back to and 2) a place who created a problem and treats you like they can't be bothered. Went for late night foods. This is our usual PT but tonight we wait over 20 mins no service no greeting. Our regular bartender wasn't there. Finally one guy came asked but we decided to leave after all. He said it was during changing shift and the manager had so many paper to do so it wasn't possible to even get water. I've been in the Las Vegas area since 1989. And I've seen a lot of changes. It's getting disappointing the re-creation of the wheel at so many places. My wife and I went to P T's gold at 6570 S. Buffalo drive. We live on the far north end of Las Vegas but we're meeting people who lived in Henderson, as a chosen meet spot. Knowing PT's is a chain of sports Bars and having been to many of their businesses, we all felt it would be a safe bet. Boy, were we wrong? We chose a table and they were medium busy but they were sorely understaffed Nobody came to our table to get our order for quite a while. Nobody returned to get a follow up order after quite awhile, so I had to get up, go find somebody to see if we could get service. Finally, our server brought the drinks.I ordered after finding him but forgot the food we had ordered some pretzel bites. We finally get the bites, but they were sorely overcooked and the cheese delivered with them was cold. We didn't complain and figured our meeting with our friends was about over. After our friends left my wife and I decided to go to the bar where we could play some of the gaming machines and potentially get better service. The bartender Ally was very friendly. I asked her if they are normally staffed this way, and she explained that somebody was an hour and a half late getting in to work so though they were running short. The waiter from the table finally collected our food and drink bill after we had ordered some more food at the bar. My wife and I were playing the machines each spending about $40 each and played for quite some time watching the wins and losses come and go. A little later, Ray showed up not sure if he was the one late or not, service got a little better, and both of them kept asking if we needed another drink, which we accepted. Having been long, Las Vegas residents the norm is that while you're playing your drinks are comped unless there's something special like a top top shelf liquor. My wife was drinking just house red wine and I was drinking bulleit whiskey. At no time did either bartender say that the rate of our drink exceeded the amount of our play. Or that they had a policy of you only got one drink for a certain amount, that you put in the machine, none of the things that are not normal to Las Vegas anyhow. So as we're leaving, we find out that the waiter hadn't included the second food order. So we had to pay that. We find out there that they charged us for 2 of the drinks that we had received at the bar while playing. While we were playing as many who have played these games you turn that money over many, many times I would imagine in my machine alone I turned over hundreds of dollars as did my wife. Ally said that the 2 of our drinks were charged because I paid 40 and my wife put in 20 which was wrong in the first place because we each put in $40. I didn't argue with Allie like I said, she was nice, but she explained that it was their policy, which seemed odd. I explained to her that we had turned over hundreds of dollars in each machine so it doesn't make sense, that money is our money just as much as a dollar bill you put in the machine so in fact we had put in hundreds of dollars each.. She said she knew, but that was their policy so I just paid it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not aligned with what I've experienced at other of their many hundreds of locations. Technically, the $15.50 that they made on charging us for those 2 drinks willl be a loss of thousands of dollars because of our using their locations for meeting people as part of our norm. Or this store singularly has a creative policy, or miss- informed staff. There are always other options. Now PT's is a large company with hundreds of locations, so my review won't matter much I expect. read more

Five stars for Allison and Alex they are amazing but the other bartender Kayla is a negative star she literally had me sitting once Allison left for about 45 min with no drink other people came she got them a drink and then never refilled the ended up leaving pissed. I've been coming to this bar for years, and I will say without a seed of doubt, their Buffalo Hot wings, are the best i've ever had. I've just came back after being gone over a year, and they still have the most amazing wings. If you got two people get "Buffalo Hot" "10 piece or share size" they usually hook it up tho with a few extra. They used to have two pool tables now they have one. I'm a little disappointed in that. And now you have to pay 2$ at the pool table vending machine thing to even play pool. Other then that though, amazing people, amazing atmosphere, made some good friends there. Home already because of the treatment and this "food" pictured. It was also dropped without comment not a single place setting.... Zero interaction. No condiments. Although it wouldn't have been fair to disparage the condiments by putting it on this trash. We paid the entire bill and we tipped 20% to the server who was called in to help us because the bartender for some reason did not like us even though we never spoke to her. In fact I asked if I had inadvertently offended her and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Overall the entire experience was gross and will not revisit this location ever. I hate how I didn't complete my original review.. clearly that shows that the bartender was on top of the drinks and I was too entertained to complete my review! First time I came, I was treated with all LOVE by my Philly Eagles bartender who took the time to talk to all the customers on a personal level-- specially me with my eagles gear. This place is close to my job, so it's super convenient. The few times I came, including the midnight happy hour during a crazy work week, the people around me were very respectful and I heard minimal profanity around. We like coming here for the football games since it's close to the house and they have the dart boards that I've been looking for and the shuffle board is also a plus. Alexis who was on the floor gave us an excellent service but the bartender Kate on the other hand was kind of rude. My girl went to the bar to ask her for something and gave my girl the stinkiest look, completely ignored her, denied her question and went on talking to her bar customers. I'm only rating for one night... I'm actually a regular here & as far as food & drinks, everything is great! I love their Happy Hour, 5PM-7PM, 12AM-2AM. Gilroy pizza is a must get!! Alright so back to the night I'm really rating about. Our server, Anthony, was terrible. I mean... TERRIBLE. I don't understand how a server could forget so much. I went as far as writing him a note on the back of the merchant's receipt. He forgot so much of what we asked for: drink orders, bringing OUT the drinks, we asked for plates four freakin' times. My group actually made a joke about how he's most likely going forget the plates (after asking the second time) & bringing our drinks out first, which we ordered AFTER asking for plates. When it actually happened we couldn't help but laugh. At one point, Anthony brought out the wings we ordered, & spilled some of the cooking oil on my boyfriends clothes! As much as we waved him down, it was as if that didn't matter. Cause like I said, he was incredibly forgetful. The best part was when he added gratuity & did NOT let my group know. I have never been to this PT's, or ANY PT's, where gratuity was already added. & for him to not mention that is pretty messed up. Also, my bf had a separate tab open. He asked for his check BACK 3x, by the 4th time, Anthony told him he hasn't run his card yet, & Anthony pulls my bf's card out of his pocket! WTF! So my bf paid cash instead. We were a group of servers, regulars at this location. We empathized as much as we could, until we really couldn't anymore. Go through retraining?? I was looking to play pool and the other location did not have a pool table. This location has 2 pool tables and shuffleboard table. The waitresses were really nice and happy hour was awesome. I love PT's happy hour (5-7 or 12-2AM)! It's really cheap, so the perfect place for all college people struggling to adult. During happy hour, they have appetizers for $5. I really like their fried pickles! They have 4 items on there, I believe. I think I'm gonna try the chicken fries (I suspect this is kinda like the ones from Burger King??). & the gilroy pizza... Is a must have! The drinks are pretty much always made well. I did try a Jameson shot with a pickle back... & im not sure I'm gonna be adventurous next time lol. Every time I go to this location I only ever get served by this one lady, idk her name. She's really nice & awesome customer service! This location also has a little patio! There is literally a bar on every corner in Las Vegas but I will always choose to come to this one over any of them. Mostly it's for happy hour (4pm-7pm & 12am-3am) which is half off of ALL DRINKS and pizza. You can not beat that price anywhere!!! Make sure to sign up for their PT's card. One time my girlfriend and i had like 35 shots of Jameson (yea we're pretty crazy) and the bill was less than $50, now THAT is crazy. The best pizzas are the Gilroy & the Spicy Buffalo Chicken. They have a full menu as well with your standard yummy bar food. My man frequently plays their machines and he has come up several times so I know their machines are pretty loose too. There is also a sports parlay machine in the corner. This PTs is a very clean & modern PTs complete with a dining room, 2 billiards tables, a patio, a little semi private couch area and tons of tvs. They also usually charge $10/person for when they screen fights on the weekends and it gets packed! The crowd here is a good mix of young and older peeps. When you go here make sure to tip your bartenders and servers well. Especially the bald bartender, Christos, he's my favorite! Tell him Julie sent you and he'll take care of you ;]]] Also Alex the red head, tell her she looks like Emma Stone, she loves it! HAHA The only negative things I can think of are that they don't really comp your drinks when you gamble and most of the time they don't have top shelf alcohol. I enjoy the way the restaurant is set up from the dining area, outdoor patio lounge area and outside dining, nice pool table lounge area with comfortable couch and chairs sit on, and tv more then enough wide screens above the bar or around pool table lounge area. The Happy Hour not agree more with everyone the best HH in vegas. The size beer you get for the price not go wrong period. The food for HH is good too.
