Telling me it wasn't possible. Yet here they were, red and bloody. I have yet to receive a refund or a call back or even a reply from their Facebook account. The owner is such a lovely person - moved from Ottawa I understand, very friendly, we talked with him for a good 20 minutes. I thought the vegetarian pizza was delicious and with a sprinkle of my own Parmesan cheese so was the Caesar salad. My own preference would be to toast the garlic bread a little longer - but I guess I would always throw it in the oven for a few minutes, so it makes sense to err on the side of less-toasty! :) read more

Very good pizza. What knocked down the score was it took 90 minutes for it to arrive and then we got the wrong pizzas. They did make it right by sending us the right pizzas and a complimentary lasagna. However it was another 40 minutes before it got here. We were starved by the time it arrived. So we did well with 4 pizzas and a lasagna. We were eating pizza for 4 days, which is not a bad thing. Again the pizza was very tasty with lots of toppings. read more

There are two types of folk in this world: those who know what good food is and those who don't. All the 4 and 5 star reviews on this joint came from people who have no idea what really good food is supposed to taste like. Part of envies them; it must be nice to absolutely love mediocre food because A) it's usually cheap B) it's really easy to find This is ok pie. It's not great, not by a long mile... fake cheese, nothing remarkable about the sauce or crust, bland toppings.., it is edible but really, if you are looking for good pizza in the ridge then pass on sopranos. This place has the worst business ethics ever website said opened at 11am nobody would answer the phone tried to order door dash as they even said they where open then order got kicked back then order on there online delivery and it goes through then kept trying to call no answer then got a call back at around 12:18pm and we confirmed the order went through they says 45 minutes and then after a hour of waiting they call us and say sorry cant deliver your food you will need to come to us to pick it up as they claim there driver was involved in a accident no offer of any kind of discount or anything girl was just rude so we decided to cancel and not get the order read more

We always get our Pizza here. We have been Ordering from Soprano's for 3years. Unexpected family drops by, Canucks game on, too lazy to make dinner. We Love their 2 for 1 Specialty Pizzas. Great Value cause you get a Free Pasta with meat sauce and Garlic Toast with any 2 Medium or Large Specialty Pizzas. The Pizzas are always Fresh, Hot and Delicious. While visiting my boyfriend, who is working here in Canada for the year, we decided to order pizza for dinner. We are always on the look out for a good Taco Pizza. We have tried several places all over Washington state and have only found one or two that are pretty good. Well, I figured that we would give it a shot so I looked on yelp to see what pizza places were near. I found Soprano's and they had a good yelp rating. I am always cautiously optimistic when trying somewhere new and this place DID NOT disappoint. From calling in the order, to the delivery driver (who was so friendly) to the pizza itself! It was hands down the best Taco Pizza I have had in a long time. There are only 2 other Taco pizzas that come close, one is in Wilbur, WA and the other is in Conrad, MT. What we got was lasagna noodles with some kind of off the shelf barbecue sauce..... that was the pasta side dish from Suppranos, the supper Italian pizza joint. I wish I could give this zero stars because this pizza and service was horrible. First, the pizza was almost half an hour later then the original hour they said it would take, this was the middle of the week. Second a single pizza was ordered and multiple pizzas and lasagna came. I understand many people really enjoy receiving extras, but perhaps mentioning this to your customers prior would be a good thing. Our small family will never eat this amount of food, and it is a complete waste that someone else could have eaten. Third when we made note to the driver that we only ordered and wanted one pizza, he called the owner who proceeded to fight with us over the phone. We told him we only wanted one pizza and then we were over charged for this. How you manage to get two pizza orders out of "can we order one large pizza with everything one it" I am still unsure of. As for the pizza itself, the crust was soggy, the sauce tastes like they dumped a pound of the wrong kinds of spices in and the toppings were not crispy and fresh. I hate big chain pizza companies, because they have no consistency and I find are never good, but I would jump over this pizza to get to a big chain pizza. read more

I am sorry to write this review. I ordered from Soprano's on Saturday night because they are one of the few restaurants close by that delivers. I used the online ordering and it was easy to use. Spent $50 on ribs and baked lasagna/spaghetti. with some wings to try. Order took 1 hr and 45 mins before it was delivered. I know they were probably busy on a Saturday night, but a courtesy call would have gone a long way. I didn't call until over 1 1/2 hours of waiting to confirm the order was indeed on its way. The wings were good, and the Caesar salad was fresh with dressing on the side and lots of croutons. The driver stopped to pick up larger pop which was nice. We received 2 lasagna instead of the 1 lasagna and 1 spaghetti I ordered, and the serving was smaller than I expected, very dark and just seconds from being burned. The ribs were awful. They were dry and very tough, with a swipe of sauce on one side and very little flavor at all. I am sure this is the first, and last, time I will be ordering from them. read more

If you are wondering where you should spend your money to support local business, remember that this place does not respect it's customers and thinks you're stupid. Ordered from these guys twice when we first moved in. Both times we were told it would take 45-55 minutes and both times it took 80 minutes. The first pizza was missing the ground beef (only meat on the pizza) and the second time the pizza was completely wrong. Don't bother wasting your money on this place. read more

From the drivers point of view, 15 min. drive 5 min. on dirt road to paintball place wait 15 min. for you to come in from field of playing calling you 4 to 5 times. no answer on the phone carrying 6 over loaded pizzas, 3 two ltre. pops getting paid 4 dollars moving the pop and pizzas to the table being informed by you your company paid everything for you therefore you could not pay a tip. this delivery taking over half a hour before leaving the paint ball place. I delivered to Delta Force often and the tips are always wonderful except when I get you. My advise if you do not want to pay a driver properly for the work then do pick up. i walked in to place my order for pick-up, to be basically brushed aside because the phone kept ringing. i waited paitently for the service rep to take 3 orders before i could get a chance to place my order. i was told upon leaving that it would only take 15 to 20 minutes. i i had arrived fasionably late, 5 minutes, and was told it would be done in 5 more minutes, and asked for payment. after voicing how long it has been, i paid him. after waiting for a full 45 minutes from placing my order, i am sent out with my pizza, and an un-cooked lasgna. new management has made it such tardy service. never will i dine at this facility. waste of time and money. and very unprofessional service. read more
