It always turns out good there always asking you like making sure that's what you would like the vibe in there is very welcoming and especially if they're fully booked at the moment, they're very good about making sure you will come back by giving some discount or something of the such every time. When I looked at my bill I saw I was charged for getting gel polish on but it never happened. She never even asked If I wanted them painted and just charged me for a service not done. On top of that, I still have dirt under my nails because it was never cleaned. My feet also show no signs of a pedicure outside of painted toes. Although everyone was friendly, won't be going back. $118 for toes done and nails filed is insane.

I was able to be serviced immediately upon arrival there. I was given a list of services to peruse as the water was prepared. I selected the Bath Bomb Pedicure from their list of specialty spa treatments. I was offered and accepted a mimosa to drink during the service as done during my prior visit. Shortly after that visit, I started noticing inflammation, pain, and irritation around my toenail. At first, I thought it was just temporary sensitivity from the pedicure--but it never improved. Fast forward to now (March), and the issue has still not resolved. After looking into it and dealing with this for months, it's very clear that I developed a fungal infection, along with ongoing inflammation around the nail. This has been frustrating and honestly upsetting, because something that was supposed to be self-care turned into a long-term issue that I'm still dealing with months later. I can't say exactly what went wrong during my service, but I would strongly encourage this salon to take a closer look at their sanitation practices and tool hygiene. Situations like this shouldn't happen. This place is beautiful if you choose to come here, but please be cautious and pay attention to how tools are cleaned and handled.
