I used to like this nail shop but I can't come back to a business that can't properly remove a previous nail color before applying a new dipset and making excuses on why it's my fault she lacked patience to remove the other color. The only real thing that I found good about this place is the atmosphere and the free drinks the man serving the drinks also was an amazing person! Otherwise it is overpriced and you can tell the nail artist do not really care about the comfort of the customer and do not take their time and helping you relax or doing your pedicure.... regal nails at Walmart takes their time to massage and does not care about just getting the job done and going to the back room to take a break they work super hard and always take care of me at Walmart and are cheaper so there is no reason why The employees at Infinity nails Can't do the same especially for a higher price read more

I am glad I decided to come here after looking up all available salons in this area. Not many open on Sunday and this one does closing at 6pm, later than most. They are pretty new (3 months or so) but I was promptly greeting at the door, was asked about my needs and options and seen immediately. I opted for the Sweet Deluxe Pedicure and Shelac manicure. Tammy worked on my pedicure and Kim worked on my manicure. They both did an amazing job! read more

In an act of desperation I tried Infinity nail salon because it's close to home...I will NOT be back. Although they are very nice & sweet, their overall quality does not justify the cost. I have spots in my new set from where the tech filed my nails and didn't brush the residue off before adding the acrylic. The tech who did my pedi appears as though she's afraid of feet, and I know when I called I specifically asked for the best pedi tech! If she was the best, that's really bad. Not to mention she applied the wrong color polish, and I didn't notice because I was too busy typing this review; my fault! The shape of my nails are uneven, and I'm pissed. Because I'm pissed I won't say anything because it will come out WRONG! It's my own fault [again] because I should stick to who and what I know! I will just politely say, "Thank you but I won't be back." read more

Horrible customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me. About one minute later a lady asked me "how may I help you." I told her that I wanted a pedicure and asked about a specific color. Without even looking for the color she replies "oh we don't have that color and can you come back it's really busy." Mind you they close at 7, I came in at 4:30p. Will not be coming back. read more

Just finished getting my first mani/pedi at Infiniti! It was AMAZING! This is going to be my go to nail salon moving forward. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and reasonable prices, and a great selection of polishes and gel colors. Tammy did my pedicure and Trish did my shellac mani. Both were wonderful. They took the time and didn't rush through the services. I don't have a single complaint. I will definitely be back. It was worth every penny! read more

Love, love, love this salon! They are super nice. The last pedicure that I had was the best pedicure I have ever had. He massaged my feet and legs for a really long time. When I asked to get my nails filled he told me that I could go another week....he did not want to take my money. They are short handed so you may have to wait or come back but they will stay late to get you finished. They closed at 7:00 but we were still there getting done after 7 without a problem. read more

I asked for gelish and I got acrylic! Now, I understand that is my fault, but in my defense it has been yeeeears since I've had my nails done so I was relying on the knowledge and expertise of the tech(s) . When the tech started doing the process of acrylic I thought, "Hm. I don't remember this...Maybe this is a new procedure or technique or something." WRONG. Again, my fault for not speaking up. My nails were uneven and the rough build-up under the nail was not removed very well. It was bumpy and rough which caused stuff to get trapped under them on the reg...that drives me up the wall. I told her I like my nails short and in between round and square, very very natural looking. Mmm. No. Not even close. They were completely square despite telling her to round them more. After the third time I just gave up and told myself I would file them when I got home. I also got my eyes waxed on a whim because they were looking a tad unruly. I explained that I had a previous bad experience some place else a couple years ago and was hesitant to have them waxed again. She assured me all would be well. Well, the wax was too hot and burned me which resulted in the first couple layers of skin getting ripped off. The shape of my eyebrows looked great, but I had scabs a half inch below my eyebrows in the inner corner of my eyes for a week. It wasn't pretty. I will not be returning. read more

I've been going to this salon since it opened, and I love it. Great service and sweet ladies. My shellac always last 10-14 days, and looks great. They take their time on mani and pedis. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely my favorite. Always best to go during the week if you can, they tend to get backed up on the weekends. read more
