READ THIS : Deceived by this company. I had an original post that I took down because the owner used the platform to argue. Tasteless and unprofessional for a business in my opinion. Anyhow, poor workmanship. Used tape and a lighter to cure the crack when I checked on him. I thought this was the norm. I was told that the glass needed heat to cure. When he left, it wasn't just a dot that was left. There were still tiny cracks and residue from the solution he used. He said it will go away amd just a pencil dot will be left because it needed to cure and heat, and to place the vehicle under the sun for 24 hours. And so I heated for like 3 seconds with a lighter like he did, and the crack grew. When I called him regarding, he got upset. Did not offer a refund like he said he did in his reply from my original post. Did not offer to take a look at it until I asked for it. And argued with me on the phone and in my review. He did not offer me a receipt like he says, I asked for it too, for my records. Even spelled my name completely wrong despite me spelling it out. This guy was rushing. I venmo'd $100 to him. IF he was any decent or honest, it was easy to issue a refund or half refund through venmo. My mistake for rushing hiring this guy because I wanted the crack fixed right away. I should've trusted my instincts when he showed up 30 minutes early, even the first phone call was too excited to do the job right away, and pulls in using a private vehicle with no signage of the business. I did not allow him to come back the next day to take a look because I don't want any more dishonest transaction. I already felt robbed of the $100 I paid him. I called another company (CEI Auto Glass) immediately after and was told they cannot work on the glass because it has been serviced by another company. So I decided to just have the windshield replaced. They charged me $252 for the windshield. While Vega charges 40% of that amount for a small crack. The other company showed me what they would do and use if they were to fix the crack. And I posted the tool that Vega was not using and had used packaging tape instead. Tape under a lighter. My fault for not educating myself prior. But lesson learned. So now, posting this after 2 weeks cause I wanted to be certain the other company had done well with my windshield before I compare. Very happy with the other company that replaced the glass. Do your research and take into consideration this review before hiring. Save your money and go else where or like me you will end up just donating your money to this company. read more

I had excellent service when I went to get the crack on my windshield repaired. But I called to get a whole new windshield and the price was unbelievable even with my so called discount of 170$ from the repair being used for a new windshield. The price for a new windshield when I first called before I got the repair was 380, which is reasonable. But the price went up to over 500$ when I called two weeks later even with the discount. Nick answered my phone call regarding rock chip repair on the windshield immediately and gave me a quote that sounded very reasonable. He said I could come in right way so I did (an hour later since I had to get ready). His place is actually inside the center with the car wash, just ask someone for nick. I had driven through a rock/dust storm on my way to Las Vegas. By the time I got home, I had a small crack in the middle of my windshield as well as, two other small bullseye's towards the bottom corner. I had previously called Toyota and Safelite for quotes. After finding out how expensive it was going to be (because I have car camera), I decided to call a local person and found Vega Windshield Chip Repair. Got a rock chip in window late Friday. He answered the phone at 7pm on a Friday and told my wife to come in the next day at 9. I pulled up about 10 minutes early and he said "Come on in."
