However, I didn't like the two items at all, they were both overly sweet. The muffin was super oily, where it seep through the wrapper and bag, which is shocking because the muffin was actually dry and crumbly...not sure how that works. The muffin also lacked any filling, so it was dry and plain, other than the topping, which was way too sweet. The cookie wasn't that bad, I wished that they used dark chocolate because it was really sweet, and a bit hard. The best cookies for me are the ones that are crispy on the outside but soft in the inside, which this one is hard throughout. I personally don't like sweet things so if you have a sweet tooth, definitely check it out - but I was surprised about the muffin as I never seen such an oily muffin before but that's also dry.

Drip coffee tasted bit bitter. I had to wait in line while staff were busy helping customers. Latte was good, but Matcha Raspberry croissant was too sweet. I didn't know the washroom was at the back at the rear side. Because the cafe was very busy, there was no toilet paper when I walked into the washroom. Staff were very nice and helpful, but my personal experience was just okay. I could've got something better than Matcha Raspberry Croissant. Besides all the staff were too busy and had no time to check or clean the washroom.

In the display case they have the "cakes" made in Styrofoam and the real cakes are frozen. I think this had a hand in the dryness of the cake. I also bought a Butter Horn pastry which was really good. It was not frozen so it did taste fresh. I would like to try them again but only if it is fresh and not frozen.
