Cannot say enough amazing things! Not sure how we haven't already left a review. Our dogs know what day they are coming and wait by the door for them. Their pick up and drop off service is amazing and we don't feel guilty going on trips because our dogs get just as excited to go to Melanie's!

Melanie and her crew have been looking after our beagle pup for about 4/5 months now. I must say that daily doggy daycare is the best money you can spend in adding a pup to your family. I tried to crate train while we were away working and he would be so wound up when we got home that it was not an enjoyable experience. He also thought that peeing on any rug was what we wanted him to do. Thus doggy daycare has addressed a lot of problems that come with welcoming a new pup into your home. Also the socialization factor of being with various breeds of dog has made Harley a stable member of our pack. He's only 8 months old and fully house-trained, listens better, socialized and just a joy to come home to. I highly recommend it in the beginning; If even for only 6 months.

I came across camp bow wow before I even got my dog and knew if I ever did this is where they would go. Well I got a dog last year and here we are. I travel often so I knew I would need a place to board my dog whenever I went out of town, i reached out last October to set up a day so my dog can go and check them venue out the process is easy all online , I brought my pup in on October 30th, 2025 for Her intake day, i was nervous she wasn't too happy at first I went back home and waited the few hours and came back to get her and she passed. We booked her for her first stay for Thanksgiving and into the weekend, the boarding process is a simple process, you bring their food and toys and pet bed so they feel more at home give them feeding instructions and give your fur baby some Love before you go, we paid for cuddle time so she got some 1:1 attention, I was nervous leaving her there for so many days but they have cameras you can watch to see them and that makes me more comfortable being able to see my pet. I chose this establishment because of The great reviews and camera access the staff is amazing you can tell they truly love animals, Mine can be a little snappy with people but they are patient with her and I appreciate that, I want to take her to daycare more to be more socialized around people and pets so we are excited to be apart of the camp bow wow family, thank you PP and I are grateful for you!

I gave them a call and was told to create an account and fill out an application online. Once I filled out an application online for an interview, I would be called to schedule. When I brought Teddy in, they notified me that they were going to do a minimum 3 hour interview, but was also welcomed to keep him until just before they closed around 7pm. His appointment was at 2pm and just kept him until 5pm. They provided cameras for all of the play yards (2 views - entire play yard or snout view). While watching the cameras, I saw them taking Teddy around the empty play area to walk around, then slowly they introduced different dogs one at a time to see how he interacted. After a series of different dog interactions, he was introduced to the main play yard with all dogs in similar size. The way their dog camp works is all day play. They said Teddy did well and passed the interview. I received a cute coupon with his face that said "welcome to the pack", which included a discounted rate for 3 full days at camp, 1 bath, & 1 individual enrichment session. I scheduled an all day camp a couple of days later to make sure he was acquainted with the space prior to boarding him for a full 7 days. I asked about doggy boarding and wanted the full Lux room to be able to see the room as he sleeps. My anxiety was in full effect because I've never left Teddy alone before and he was already an abandoned dog, so I didn't want him to think we just left him. The day came when we had to bring him in (day before since we had an early flight next day). My husband took Teddy in and I checked the app. It said "cabin" and not the lux suite. I asked my husband if he made sure Teddy was in the upgraded suite and he didn't make sure to ask. I called and spoke with the owner, Paula. She notified me he was indeed booked for a regular cabin, which did not allow me to see him in his room throughout the night. I voiced my frustration that when I booked, I wanted to upgrade to the lux room. She told me all the lux rooms were booked but one would be opening up 3 nights later. I was about to call all the different Camp Bow Wows to ensure I would be able to see my dog. Paula found an alternative. There was an enrichment room for enrichment services that also had a 24/7 camera. She moved things around and allowed Teddy to sleep into the space and notified her team so there wouldn't be any schedule disturbances. My heart felt more at peace knowing I would be able to see how he was doing. Fast forward and I can tell that Teddy was sad from the cameras, which is understandable. We received a call to notify us that he has blood in his stool. He's not used to all day play and I'm sure he was stressed that we haven't come to pick him up. I ended up adding enrichment services everyday until we picked him up. They sent me pictures during snuggle sessions and it made me feel at ease knowing he was getting a little extra love and attention. Or flight was delayed and I kept in constant contact with the text number they provided for me. They notified me that Teddy was welcomed to stay as long as he needed. Service was honestly fantastic. I was so happy with the open communication and reassurance that Teddy was okay or doing better. I'm thankful for the team for loving doggos so much. I kept an eye on those cameras like a hawk. They also state their cleaning supplies for any messes are all dog friendly

This location is closer to where I live so I thought that I'll try them out and the experience would be the same, but I was wrong. The staff is very friendly and the location is very nice but I did not realize when I booked my stay that the location has no indoor play area. That would be generally fine if they have the dogs play outside early in the morning and in the evening when it's not as hot but not throughout the hottest times of the day. When I looked at the cameras, my dog was outside with over 20 dogs packed in a play area during the hottest times of the day. I picked him up on Monday, 6/8, and the staff told us that they barely noticed today that my husky had hot spots on his head and paw. I saw the hotspot and noticed he was also limping because of the hot spot on his paw. I treated the hotspot Monday night and Tuesday, but yesterday I had to take my dog to the vet because the hot spot on his head started to bleed and show puss coming out. The vet shaved it and checked his cheek and found a BIG hot spot on his cheek as well. My dog now has a cone on, I have to spray the spot on his head and cheek every 12 hrs, put ointment on his paw every 12 hrs, and he has to take a antibiotic every 12 hrs for the next 7 days. I'm sure during the winter it's fine to have dogs outside all day but not during the summer! The place is probably fine for a daycare but don't board your pet at this location!

We understand that transitions are tough and have compassion for that, but the experience (or lack thereof) that we've had with the new owner has been jaw-dropping and severely disappointed. Last week, we got back from our family trip and our dog Ellie was boarded for a few days. She always has had the best time and has never had any issues or injuries. Any time something did happened, we were called right away and an incident report would be filed. There has always been a trust had with Hot Diggity Dog. Now onto this new experience. We came to pick up Ellie and noticed when we got into the car that her left paw was bleeding. We looked at her paw and one of her claws was clearly ripped out of her paw. The nerve was still intact, but NOBODY said anything to us upon pick up or called us when it actually happened. That was red flag #1. When we went in to address it with the gals in the front, Christina was the only one who tried to genuinely help and give us answers (she very well might be this new owners only saving grace). She let us know that the owner was going to call us and let us know but that they have been so swamped and it "slipped their mind". That the owner was going to still call us. I let her know that is a breech of trust with us but that we will wait for that phone call. The new owner has still never called us and it's been almost a week since that convo. That is now red flag #2 and was a deciding factor that we will no longer be bringing our dogs to Hot Diggity Dog. If this new owner would have been accountable to what they said, we would have been more than happy to extend forgiveness. Unfortunately that did not happen and the ball was dropped not once, but twice. Accountability and integrity are HUGE for us. Hot Diggity Dog's previous owners had that. I hope this new owner learns the importance of that.
