Dada's is absolutely incredible! As West Seattleites who follow a plant based diet, my wife and I were so happy to find this gem of a restaurant. They only do takeout or delivery through Grubhub or DoorDash. I ordered through the website and went there to pick it up directly since we live close. My wife and I had the Crispy Chiqen sandwich and the Tofurky croissant. Both dishes were absolutely incredible. I could not even tell it was vegan! The food was fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. The ingredients and seasoning were also incredible. They have many incredible comfort food options, including breakfast options. The man that helped me was incredibly kind and polite. If you are looking for incredible plant based food, I highly recommend Dada's. We will definitely be purchasing from there again!

Delightful! First tried them at the vegan food fest and had to come back to get them again. Unassuming storefront, but the service was very friendly and quick. Whatever cheese they use is great, fries are nice too, similar to McDonald's fries but better. Their veggies are fresh, and burgers loaded with toppings.

Yum! Finally stopped by Dadas after hearing about them on social media today, following a nice walk at Alki. Super delicious breakfast sandwich, and very large and filling. The sausage patty was sooo good. Looking forward to trying some of their other sandwiches when I'm in the area again!

Wouldn't know it was Vegan. I really enjoyed this. Quick service too and I love the idea of a ghost kitchen.

Food is 10/10!!!!!! *not pictured* vanilla shake gets a 7/10. I wish it was thicker and the after taste wasn't my favourite. Otherwise, everything is 10/10. I wasn't expecting everything to look like it did, IN A GOOD WAY! Service was respectful and fast. This place is located with other food places, keep that in mind. You have to ring a doorbell on the wall for the place you want. I recommend ordering online, maybe 20-30 mins before you decide to head there. I definitely will be returning, and will be a regular! Yum!!!!!! I'm glad I took a chance.

One of the best burgers place I've been to! They were very accommodating and were able to make my kids a plain cheese burger. Glad to have this option in Seattle, and will definitely tell all my friends!

This place is BOMB! All plant-based! The double burger is very satisfying and the fries are amazing. They are inside a kitchen rental space which is super unique but ordering is easy and everything was made to order and hot. Highly recommend!

So glad there is a vegan burger place near my house. Before Dada's, I would have to venture farther away to Veggie Grill.

The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not asking too much. I believe the owner said he was trying to revamp the place. I hope that the area comes alive in the future years, that should help. Here's the issue though, this is the slowest spot ever. I've waited 30 minutes for fries - FRIES. I don't mind waiting for food, but it should remain reasonable. There were only two or three people working, and one man did tell us this, but I need to be honest - this was on Super Bowl Sunday. No one was able to get anyone a beer from the tap for 40 minutes, the food took forever and it appeared that online orders were being prioritized (which makes sense, you make as you get orders coming in, but that puts your in person customers in an odd and sometimes frustrating position). To be honest, I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I just had some fries to snack on. I didn't mind as much this one time because I was just happy to find a place to watch the Super Bowl Half Time show, but other days, it's a little hard to look past. I wish this business the best, I live too close to not hope for its improvement! Looking forward to updating my review. At the end of the day, if you're hungry, it's late, this is your spot.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

It's not my favorite Hawaiian by any stretch, but it definitely does the job for visitors to the food hall. Since the seating can be a little limited at lunch time, the first challenge is just simply finding a spot to sit. Avoiding the peak lunch hour is recommended, but this probably be better if traveling in a group. When in doubt, take it to-go. Teriyaki chicken ($14) is one of their most popular dishes and an obvious nod to Seattle's thriving scene. Their katsu loco moco ($16) is hearty with the gravy, but sometimes a bit too heavy with the green onions. Personally, I'm a fan of the kalua pork ($13.50) and the spam and eggs ($11.50), but the garlic shrimp ($18) was a bit lackluster. They also serve burgers, which are actually a bit underrated. Their double cheeseburger ($11) features nice size patties with a goop of American cheese. The musubi is nearly $4 each, but are also mini-bricks of spam and rice. Lastly, it doesn't take much to realize the prices might feel a bit high here. They're even higher on the website, which i would recommend using for most folks, but recently I noticed various selections are listed for hundreds of dollars each. Unless this is a catering order, it's just another example of another oversight. ____________ (#1) Uwajimaya is dope: https://www.yelp.com/biz/uwajimaya-seattle

Perhaps the Lao Burger served there wasn't as juicy and succulent, with perfectly crisp smashed patties as I recalled? Or perhaps Taurus Ox just serves a completely inferior version. I revisited for a Friday late dinner to reach the bottom of things. This was at around 8PM and the place was surprisingly busy, with a fully running kitchen and almost all seats taken. It's a pretty small restaurant to begin with, but since the food comes fast, people don't typically stay too long. By the time our food arrived, a table had cleared up for us. Lao Burger ($18) - This Lao Burger is just as good as my first visit. Absolutely perfectly fried smash patties, completely with lacy, crispy edges that provide texture and an intense caramelized meaty flavor. I've already described the burger in detail in my previous review - what I can say on this visit is that the burger is basically identical, indicating that Ox Burger is consistent with cook and construction. The burger as a whole has the perfect moisture level with plenty of unique funky, umami-full flavors that make each bite a delight. As with my previous review, two things come to mind that detract just a tiny bit from my full enjoyment. Firstly, the burger as a whole is a bit salty for my tastes, necessitating several trips to refill my cup of water Secondly, the piece of sliced pork belly included is kind of vestigial. It seems to be only there to add additional salt, because neither the flavor nor texture are very apparent while eating. (5/5) Deluxe ($15) - This burger is somehow way messier than the Lao to eat. Upon lifting it up, a mess of watery mustard/mayo mix drips onto the plate. I think it might be from the extra moisture in the tomatoes and lettuce. And yet, somehow the bun isn't soggy at all. This burger is otherwise excellent, combing the same picture perfect smash patties as in the Lao, with the classic fixings - American cheese, bacon, pickles, and plenty of veggie mix. (5/5) I'm glad I gave the Lao Burger another chance. It's now one of my favorite burgers in the city. I'll definitely be coming back to Ox Burger for more. The progenitor, Taurus Ox, remains on my not recommended list though! Bathrooms - Single unisex room.
