I was even more surprised to find that (after never getting back to me in 2020, or since) he finally got around to looking at that all-important video footage from 2020 and it "showed a slightly different story" to what I'd originally said happened. Well, fair is fair. With them having just now posted on June 23rd 2025 to refute the incident, they obviously had the 2020 video footage fresh in their minds....right? So I called them right up and asked what exactly their footage showed. He had no idea. They obviously responded after 5 years to try to polish a well-earned 1 star review and make it seem like I was just a bad customer who just wanted to make trouble.
