I got a quote from Rob for bent wheel repair starting at $180. On March 27, 2025, I dropped off my wheel with Boris, who had reopened the shop. I emailed Rob on Monday, March 30, to let him know I had dropped it off. This was his response: "No problem, thanks for the heads up! It will be ready for pickup by tomorrow. Thanks." When I returned the next day, Rob's coworker rang me up for $300. I told him Rob had quoted me $180. Rob then told his coworker $200, and the price was lowered accordingly. Here's how my story starts. I ordered (what I thought were) higher-end sun louvers for the rear window of my car. The mount plates for the louvers came unpainted, which wasn't good. I tried painting them myself but spray paint was not a long-term solution. This is where Eurobeatwheels comes in. I put out a request to those who do powder coating. EBW responded with a reasonable quote, I brought them over, and recently picked them after a few weeks. (This was not a rush order, I didn't plan on mounting the louvers for a while.) They actually charged me less than the quote, which may have been because it was a small project. With that being said, the very fact EBW took the job makes it more likely I'll be turning to them for additional work, such as powder coating the sun louvers themselves this winter. None responsive and liars: Reached out to the team via email on 10/7/24 at approx 1pm (which is their preferred method) when inquiring about service. Did not receive a response til approx 2pm next day. Which was ONLY due to my 1 start rating and review I left on google, and not about an actual service. Also called with no answer. Business states response times are usually within 24 hrs due to the influx of emails they receive. I wouldn't have left this review if they were truthful in their response about how my initial inquiry was within the time frame they stated. They responded to my 1 star google review faster than the opportunity to make a few thousand dollars, which tells me someone's eyes were in the wrong place. Goal was to get on the books regardless of price cause I heard they were good with the understanding they may be busy. But I search around and got 4 other quotes with similar 5 star reviews with just a phone call and some pictures Hopefully future customers will not endure long wait times when trying to get a quote. On a 3-4 day job Rob had my wheels for almost a month. During that time he dodged me at every turn I was told that Robert would call me back about the polished lips on my wheels now being machined after my call on November 11th. It's now the 17th and I haven't heard anything yet. On that call Robert was clearly there but did not get on the phone.  I was originally offered having my wheels clearcoated after the back sides were repaired. They were originally clearcoated and as I told Robert a car wash sprayed something that damaged the clearcoat but not the wheel itself. The clearcoat removal was done by Alloy Wheel Repair Service and the lips remained polished. Robert made no mention of machining my wheels, only clearcoating them. When I finally picked the car up there was also no mention of how a 3-4 day job turned into over three weeks. There were no updates given during that time until completion,  I had to text or call to find out what was going on each time, despite being far beyond the estimated time. The repeated refusals to let me see my car's progress was also very strange along with telling me that I shouldn't have been talking to Robert and it became clear that other work apparently was more of a priority than getting mine done in a timely fashion. I was asked why I even wanted to see my car when a better question would be why didn't your company want me to see my car? I stopped by a few times when the sign said open and the garage door was partially up. There was no mention of being backed up when I dropped the car off. I am not happy with the way any of this turned out, particularly the way that the appearance of my wheels has changed for the worse. The shiny polished lips now look dull. That's what I got for trusting Rob. Unlike others I can tell that my wheel was repaired. This is the first time I've had to take it off since Rob worked on it because it won't hold air. I also discovered my spline drive key for my lugs is now missing. It was in the tool area when I dropped it off. read more

I came to Eurobeatwheels after being referred by a peer and I'm so glad I did. Upon arrival, I was surrounded by amazing looking cars! Although I saw the friendly mechanics working on Imported and Domestic luxury vehicles (I was dazzled by the vibrant colors of the wraps and the chrome finishes on all the car parts I don't know the names of!) I came in for a brake and rotor installation. Robert, the owner of the garage, greeted me and was charismatic and personable. He not only walked me through the process but he also explained to me what I now know as OEM parts, that he had shipped overnight after I explained to him how long it had been since I changed them. Robert even told me how long it would take to change the brakes and recommended a couple of different spots I could check out in the area while waiting. I opted to just get some work done on my laptop while my car was being repaired. All of the staff made me feel comfortable and they had a little waiting area with WiFi. I didn't have to wait long and after a couple of hours, I was on my way! His time estimate was spot on! Although Robert had to leave and check on one of the other vehicles he was "tuning;" his team did a walk through inspection before I left and told me to update them if anything seems off. They also told me that I may need an oil change soon and to reach out tot them if I'd like to set up an appointment. What a true delight this place was. It can be intimidating when you walk into a garage but this place truly made me feel welcomed. Will be recommending them to everybody in the Rockville/Bethesda area. read more

I needed to get a tire replaced, dented and dinged rims repaired, and another damaged rim repaired. Everything from initial check-in to communication on when the car would be ready was seamlessly done. They even came to my house twice to get a tire replaced and another one installed that was losing air, so that saved me a tow and an Uber ride back home. I highly recommend them, especially on the rim repair. The prices are fair and reasonable and much lower than what the Audi dealership is shamelessly willing to charge. I had a very bad experience. I was offered same day service, but no one was in the shop when I came at the appointed time. Came back a second day to pick my wheel up at the agreed time and had to wait. Poor quality work. Blamed me for the issue when I brought it to their attention and then stopped responding to my e-mails. Didn't offer any recourse or a refund. I ended up getting the work redone at another shop. I upgraded my wheel/tires and am happy with Robert and Ashley's service. Needed a few things done: 1. Paint the new wheels to a custom color, which they had live samples for me to see in person and pick&choose. 2. Mount / balance tires on the new wheels 3. Refinish a curb rash on one of my old wheels. 4. Unmount tires on old wheels and pack them up for storage. The custom gold color came out great and paint consistency is decent. They went the extra mile on a few things which made the experience way more convenient and easy. The curb rash refinish was excellent. All for a great price as well. I was referred here by a few friends as I was wanting to get my rims painted. I have to say I was left very impressed with the whole experience. Robert (owner) and Ashley were very professional and very accommodating with my schedule. Robert is very "hands on" as he does most of the work himself. He is very detailed in his work which makes him a perfectionist which I have no problems with. I am definitely bringing my car in here for future work. 1-26-2018: So my engine light indicator came on and my car was running kind of wierd. I took a shot in the dark not knowing if Robert does this kind of work with cars. To my great surprise, he does! I called Eurobeatwheels and Robert was prompt in having a plan to fix the car. He diagnosed the problem which was something along the lines of both rocker arm switches for oil pressure to the engine were stuck or weren't working as they were supposed to. It took a day to order the parts and a day to fix it. 3 days later and I'm back on the road. He was honest and fair with everything he did. I now have a permanent Mechanic AND Autobody Shop for life. This place is the Bomb. Came here for install my front lip, my black grill, and my new wheels for my 2017 Audi R8. Eurobeat exceeded my expectation. They are one of the few places outside of the dealership that has a road force balancing machine. Rob puts extra effort to make sure the install is perfect. This was a simple, painless, and financially reasonable way to get corrosion repaired on my wheel. My wheel wasn't holding air, and I was told by a tire center that my wheel has some corrosion under the tire preventing an air tight seal. I contacted every single wheel/rim repair place in VA and MD on yelp. Of the very few that responded, eurobeat was one of the first and the most reasonable. They only charged me $140 for a full tire off rim repair, and they even sent me a picture of their work as it was being done. They quoted me about 2-3 business days to get the job done and they had it done in 2 days over the weekend! I dropped my car off on Thursday and it was done by Saturday morning. They were very efficient and amazing to work with. All of the interaction to include paying, getting a quote, dropping off my car, and picking up my car was done all over email without any face to face interaction at all. I really appreciate how seriously they are taking covid-19, and nothing makes me want to support them more than knowing that they are doing their best to provide a service without introducing extra risk. Found them on yelp, 2 wheels had some minor curb rash, they were able to do it on the same day. It came out like new, but you do still see the shiny curved area on the sanded area which probably gonna be like this with any shop you go with. That's just how the process works I guess. And they were also able to adjust my price based on the severity of the scratch when they see in person compared to the initial quote based on the photos I sent. Originally found this shop to fix some curb rash I had on my soon-to-be winter wheels. They had no problem fixing them up even though they were the finicky diamond-cut wheel faces. While there, I inquired more about what the shop does and Ashley and Robert were extremely friendly and helpful with my questions. I later brought my car back to do a full Msport retrofit to my car including paint and installation at a fairly reasonable price. In my opinion, Rob went above and beyond to make sure that my pieces came out looking good and that the fitment was almost perfect. I then had them help me install my new AWE exhaust and again, Ashley and Rob were incredibly helpful when dealing with missing/incorrect pieces being sent out.
