I found this company purely by accident and have used them several times. They have been responsive, on time and the cleaning hasbeen excellent. We had a major renovation done and our light gray carpet was heavily stained and dirty from all the construction traffic. Another well known company cleaned the carpet. Once dried the stains and dirt were still there. Dry Green came in and removed the stains and dirt in half the time and half the cost. They also guaranteed if it showed again they would return and treat it again. They treat the customer with respect and openness. Saw them on Facebook, gave them a called and they were there promptly. The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very nice, he did a good job. He came back to try and fix the stains. I wish i could give this company a ZERO! If you decide to deal with this AWFUL company, just know that you have been warned!! I called the company during business hours only to reach an answering service instructing me to book my request online. Which, was easy enough. The day of the service, they call me to notify me that they will be running an hour, "or 2" late. I did not have plans that day, so I said that was fine. However, before hanging up, I asked how does payment with a Living Social voucher work (as no person was available to answer the phones/ speak to. I was then informed that I would be called back. When (I later found out was the manager) called back, he stated that because it was a Living Social Voucher, I could not be provided weekend service (although, I was already on their schedule). When I asked, how I was able to schedule, he had no explanation. I informed that if such restrictions apply it would be in their best interest to have someone answer the phone. He stated that they are students and are not able to, "always be at the phone, check emails or listen to messages." He then continued, to inform me that Living Social vouchers are not supposed to be able to make an appointment within 72 hours and the wait for online vouchers is approximately 3 weeks. Again, I remind you, they do not have anyone answering phones, so this you will learn when they call you to tell you that they are running late, and then cancel on you when they make a mistake. After this phone call, I simply asked for a refund- he was so insolent (if he had that poor attitude on the phone, I could not imagine what disrespect he would have in my home). Despite that, they never did tell the tech that the appointment was canceled, so when he came (late), I thought they had a change of heart.... but i was wrong. They, also treat their employees with disregard, because they never had the decency to inform him that they would not provide me with service- per them, "online vouchers are not serviced expeditiously." I gest you not, the technician was sitting in his car outside of my apartment before they sent him away. But to make things even worse, despite not honoring their product, this morning I open me email to see an INVOICE- for no service rendered. read more

Great guys and a great service. I was a little confused when I first booked my service. They have a lot of different packages but the owner talked me through them and helped me pick the best package for me. Guys that came were great and carpets looked nice after they left. Price was excellent. I will be calling them again, price was so nice I plan on using them more than once a year. read more

The service is friendly and responsive, but over an hour late and didn't contact me. I eventually called them to try and find out what's going on, and was told that I just had to wait. This is hard when it's during the week and people are taking off work to try and schedule services. read more

You know that intangible feeling you have of unease when you are navigating around someone elses spots and spills? Since purchasing our condomimium the carpets have had a less than an easy breezy appearance. Originally, after relocating, we had stars in our eyes about the super fabulous remodel to come in which the carpets would be replaced and the uneasy queasy feelings would disappear. The reality is that the carpets are still here accompanied by their deeply imbedded stains and spots. Fast forward 2 years and along came help two wonderful gentlemen to save us from our distress! When I made the appointment I'm sure that somewhere in the back of my mind I was preparing for the upcharges that were sure to come. I was 100% incorrect. Conversely, two complete professionals, Darrell and Chris, arrived exactly as scheduled. In addition, the visit was preceded by a courtesy call to confirm the details of our appointment. Both technicians were a complete joy from start to finish. Personable, hardworking, knowledgable and committed to providing excellent results. Called them Monday morning for an appointment and they came a couple hours later! Darrell was great. I had so many stains on one of my carpets, and we also have a kitty who sheds a lot, and he made the carpets look brand new. He also made nice lines on the carpet to have that freshly vacuumed look :). Best part about the whole process was that they dried in about an hour. When I've gotten the carpets steam cleaned before, it would take at least a day to dry, but this technique they used allowed the carpets to dry very quickly. They also said all their solvents are organic, not that I was really concerned, but was nice to hear. Will definitely use them again...Darrell said they clean upholstery also. read more

I had given these guys a 5 star review, but after trying to book with them again I am changing my review. I bought a groupon and tried to schedule a service, when I called he told me I had to go online. He wasn't very friendly or helpful. I went online and booked my service, and then received a confirmation. Late the night before my carpets were going to be cleaned I received an email that they needed to reschedule and would offer me an extra item to be cleaned free of charge for my inconvenience. I was incredibly happy about the way they handled it, until I rescheduled again and again the day before I received a message....now this time canceling telling me my zip code is beyond their service area....even though they've cleaned my carpets before. Just goes to show you as a business grows that they can no longer guarantee great service. Now I have to refund my groupon, am 2 weeks past when I wanted my carpets cleaned, and have spent far too much time preparing my house moving furniture for this service that was never completed. All in all, I wouldn't rely on this service company! read more

Great service, professional and quick. I found a livingsocial deal and purchased right away without doing much research. I was thoroughly pleased with everything! The guys were on time, asked pertinent question and got the job done in probably less than a hour. I only had my living and dining room done, my place is small so it wasn't a big area to cover at all. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because everything was booked online and my initial appointment was rejected and I received a email to reschedule, which I made for a month later. Well Saturday they called me saying they were on the way, of course I was still in my pj's and my hubby left to get a hair cut. Apparently the online system always screws appointments up and it actually booked me for the original date I picked. Good thing my house was pretty much ready for them anyway, so I just let them come on. I would definitely use this service again. read more

I used dry green carpet cleaning for a few of my rental properties. I've had such a please my experience with them. I needed help with the high traffic areas. Their machines handled those areas great and the dry time was perfectly matched to what I needed. They were punctual, and called to let me know they were on schedule an hour before they showed up. These guys did a great job! After turning away Stanley Steemer because they were going to use my water from the hose, which is untreated well water, I needed another solution. I called and found out that they only need a few gallons of water (I bought some) and could come the next day!!! Darrell was great! He explained the process and they cleaned 5 rooms, an area rug, and my couch and ottomon within 2 hours. It took a little longer than the hour they said to dry but that was no big deal!
