He said no because my car is 10 years old I shouldn't care if it was fixed back to the way it was before they damaged it . They would not contact their insurance and most likely do not have any. I would stay away from this company at all costs if they damage your property they will complain bitterly and not want to fix it. If you are unaware, the gas company shuts off gas to the house before tenting; turns the gas back on after fumigation; and inspects appliances (heaters, stove, water heater, etc.). After all this, it's a good time to have the heater serviced, especially if the gas company inspection uncovered concerns. The Lakewood technician did a thorough job testing the heater, making sure it was operating safely and efficiently. As the unit did not need repairs, my cost was limited to the basic service fee of $100 quoted at the time I set the appointment.
