The service took around 30 min give or take, and it was so cheap I couldn't believe it. $159 for the window and install which was so needed given this is the 4th time replacing a window due to the lovely bipping culture that goes without consequence. Initially, they installed a windshield that was not the one I expected, and this was done without clearly explaining it to me or getting my approval beforehand. I later had them replace it again with a Fuyao windshield. After the windshield replacement, I started having problems with the vehicle's forward-facing camera/ADAS system. The warning lights came on. I returned to the shop, and I was told that they had "recalibrated" the camera and the warning went away. Unfortunately, the warning came back again after about a day and a half. What is especially frustrating is that I was told the camera had been recalibrated, but I was not given a calibration report or a clear explanation of what equipment or procedure was actually used. I don't want the warning simply cleared from the computer; I need the underlying problem properly diagnosed and the camera properly calibrated. The windshield itself was $165 and labor was $189. Given the additional ADAS issues that appeared after the windshield replacement, I expected much clearer communication about the camera calibration and what was actually included in the service. I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. I would strongly recommend that customers with vehicles equipped with ADAS cameras ask very specific questions about calibration before having their windshield replaced. I hope the shop will take this feedback seriously and improve its communication and handling of ADAS-related windshield replacements.

Also, the inside doorway panel was not installed back appropriately. This leak was causing my car electrical problems because water was getting under the dashboard and getting the fuses and cables. I called the business and a nice lady was understanding and set up an appointment for me to bring in the car to get it checked out. I show up early in the morning and the guy right off the bat was defensive, but agreed to check my windshield since it had been less than a year since the windshield was replaced. This guy took a hose and started spraying the windshield, but didn't install the door seal correctly so a lot of water made its way inside the car. At this point I'm not able to tell where the windshield is leaking because there's water inside everywhere. I leave this place and call a mobile window repair the next day and they're able to find the leak within 5 minutes by just using a water bottle and going around the perimeter of the windshield. Finally the leak was found and repaired within 30 minutes. The price of All Glass is good, but the integrity of the guy running this place unfortunately isn't.
