My husband and I have purchased many vehicles in our 46 years of marriage, and this was by far the WORST experience because they will not bend one bit or go the distance to back up their sales! They are unique in that they stated up front that they really don't negotiate because they price their cars lower than most places and start at a fair price. I agree with their statement; we priced around and found the equivalent vehicle at CarMax, Todd Wenzell Chevrolet, and an actual Dodge dealership were all priced higher. And there is no telling if the other places would even gave a little during negotiations. Bottom line is that we started with a fair price and kind service, and left happy.
