( Have never been charged for this and am always asked, however they didn't ask if I wanted them cut. Every one of my nails is a different thickness. The one that is credit card thickness is extremely flat then gets thicker at the free edge. Two of my nails didn't get a tip and acrylic was put on my natural nails. My tech put so much acrylic it bled over on to my nails, so she took a drill and filed under my nail causing spacing between my tip and natural nails. Highly disappointed. The atmosphere and complimentary cocktails were nice, but not enough to over look such a sloppy job. Also she filed so hard into my thumb she sliced my eponychium.

The cuticle treatment was performed beautifully and completely painlessly (in fact, I'd found it relaxing) and I didn't have any issues with my cuticle area after leaving the establishment - the skin looks beautifully manicured as it should be and closely resembles a Russian manicure. Didn't experience any "fly-aways" at all. He was also very open and professional when it came to picking the final color of the gel - I was able to compare several options directly on my nail and take a few moments to decide on which one I wanted. For the design, I was also able to stop him in the moment and request for a different color of the metallic after he'd already designed one of the nails - this interaction was professionally handled. In the end, I was amazed by how closely my nails matched with the inspo photo, although going into the experience I was open to the idea of the artist practicing some creative freedoms with the design. I am beyond happy with the result and highly recommend anyone to book with Michael at this location. The ambiance is very cute also, the staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone is professional and I didn't feel like I was ever being up-sold or swayed towards something other than I wanted. I came with a friend, we were offered drinks of preference (coffee is delicious) and were able to socialize comfortably. Note: they don't seem to do nail sculpting, so if you come for nail extensions, they attach the tip with glue instead of building on top of a form and then removing that.

I specifically went on Wednesday because there is a 20 percent discount Monday-Wednesday. When I came back to pick my friends up, they showed me the bill. One was for fills and her daughter acrylic with tips. There was no 10 percent discount anymore. There was an extra fee for every little thing. Why a fee for filing nails one way? They have to be filed. A fee was added for different color nails. These fees were not disclosed before, just when the bill was handed to her. In addition, the person who did their nails went outside checking the weather, was on her phone constantly, totally rude service. I felt so bad taking them for this expensive venture. They came to stay with me because their electricity from storms in Tulsa was out at home and the hair salon where she works. It was severe sticker shock to say the least.
