I've been coming for about a year and each visit is consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly kind and very professional. Very customer service oriented. I'm obnoxiously picky about my manicures and pedicures and have left happy every time. I LOVE picking out the pedicure kits. There's probably 15 different kinds (the pearl is awesome). I had an absolute horrible experience here and would have given zero stars. I came with my family for a much-needed pedicure. Every time I mentioned a concern to my nail tech during the process, my nail tech Tammy, seemed extremely annoyed. I'm usually not a complainer, but it seemed that she was not excited about being at work today. In the end, I ended up with a color I don't even like and with uneven toe nail lengths. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a very disappointing interaction with the front desk staff, who appeared to be the manager. Before my appointment, I reviewed the pricing on the salon's website to ensure I selected a manicure that included a hand massage. According to their menu, even the $25 Deluxe Manicure includes a 4-minute hand massage. I was charged $50 for the base manicure (Royal Manicure) and opted to add dip gel, bringing my total to $80 plus tip. Despite this, I received only a cuticle service and dip gel, no hand massage and no collagen gloves. When I checked in, I was clear about what I was looking for and asked about pricing in person. That's why I was surprised when none of the listed services were included. When I asked about it at the end of my appointment, I was told I had received "special pricing," which felt misleading and dismissive, especially since this was never explained upfront. This review has nothing to do with the quality of the nail work, I truly love how the technicians do my nails. I've been here a couple times and never had issues walking in without an appointment. They have a huge variety of polishes and love that they have samples of each one. I usually only get pedicures but one time I decided to get a manicure, regular polish. Surprisingly enough the polish on my nails stayed on for over two weeks! I have two young kids so polish usually doesn't even last a week. They even post a policy that they will fix any mess up within 24 or 48 hours. I can't remember exactly. I have been going to Aurelia since they opened, so over 2 years. I've noticed before that when Alice's (the owner) husband is working, you really have to watch what he charges. The last visit I left feeling so sad because I felt taken advantage of. He and Ari (nail tech) were just tacking on an extra $5 charge to reshape nails for no reason, and when I questioned it they both laughed. They did not reshape, she used the dremel tool the same she would any other time and then charged an additional $5 on top of the $55 fill. I agree with Kat H. review, you need to watch what you are charged. I always get the same round shape and when you dremel tool them down of course you're going to file them... that should not be an extra charge. So finding a new place and they lost a customer of 2 years over $5.... it's the principal of it. Just posting to back up what Kat H. said... he needs to know he's not getting away with being shady. read more

The absolute BEST nail salon!! I've been coming to Aurelia for over a year now, right when they opened. First off, the salon is absolutely beautiful and always super clean! Alice, always greets you with a smile and is so accommodating, not just to me, but to every customer I see in the salon. Customer service is definitely her biggest priority and that's why I love her! All of the nail technicians are wonderful, Hannah is my favorite and I try to use her as much as I can! Literally the best pedicure I've ever had in my life and it doesn't matter which one you pick! i paid $120 for a mani pedi (very reasonable) for my birthday, and they started my nails @5, the time they closed that day. so ofc the person doing my nails is mad at me, even tho i'd been sitting there for abt an hour before anyone even started my pedi. they also took a walk in right before me and again she had an attitude with me, even tho her higher up pushed me in at that time. mind you they asked me to come in @4! read more

I was there with family from California on 4/16/24 at approximately 11:50am on a Tuesday - we were never greeted and the front desk woman with her little mask on was RUDE RUDE RUDE! There were only 2 customers there and we were told that they could not accommodate one mani/pedi and one pedi. Totally understandable if busy or booked. Even if you say we need to wait 30 minutes, acceptable, understandable, but why be NASTY?? We ended up at SHINE NAIL BAR ON CUSTER! Very, very nice!
