Very bad experience! ...after being highly recommended by a Nextdoor app member! I booked an appt for hair extensions. The owner quoted a price and I agreed. The extension provider was very professional . It took a lot longer than was expected but it remained very cordial. One of the owners washed my hair and agreed to order Davines shampoo, as they carry the line. I left the shop thinking everyone was happy. The provider was an outside contractor and we made plans for her to do my braids in a few months, I called her in 30 days, in 60 days no return calls. I called the shop owner who said she would call me back... no return calls or explanations and my supposed shampoo order that was promised? Nothing! This is a very unprofessional salon and I would never wish this frustration on anyone! read more
