I saw maybe 1000 slabs before I gasped at the first sight of this one, "Blue Canyon". I bought 2 on the spot and can't stop looking at it. Farhad and his team were the most kind and have been so patient holding our slabs as our house has been a 6-month renovation process. I also found the most gorgeous kitchen backsplash from here called "Elle-cream" tiles. This place has BEAUTIFUL selections of finishes and we love that it's family owned. We plan to redo our front foyer with their tiles in the summer as well. read more

I worked with Jasmin in a project with a client that was very detail oriented and very demanding on having the highest a cleanest look , after looking for a while we found them and where able to select all materials from hardwood floors, slabs and natural stone and porcelain tiles. A must see showroom on the westside. Firstly: this is a family-run shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and Jasmine was so helpful in designing our new bathroom. Secondly: They have a great selection of materials to choose from. I had been to a few other tile shops on the westside, and this was the most impressive showroom by far. Great selection at this place, but most importantly the owner Fred is so kind and knowledgeable and willing to share any tips or hints he knows. We used them to supply 90% of the tile we used in a home remodel (approx 3000 sq ft home). The prices are far (competitive to the tile stores out on Sherman Way) and they selection is WONDERFUL, and much of it is in stock or available within a day or two. They also had great suggestions and ideas to help me choose what tile would be best. Unlike the rest of the westside tile stores which have nothing in stock and double the prices of their tile, this store is hands down your best bet! read more

Bad bad service. Looks like they have a good selection which is why I didn't give it just 1 star. I came in to take a look at 4 samples of Quartz for a countertop. I told the lady I need 3 slabs but I am trying to decide which one. I gave her the brand and the 4 styles. She was pulling out the wrong brand samples at first, then her colleague said those were incorrect and wrote down the correct sample numbers. I ended up going through the bin with (unorganized) samples myself and found 1 of them. When I asked if I could take the sample (so it can be matched with cabinets etc) I was told no. Then when I told her I live around the corner and would return after looking at it at home, she said I would have to pay $20 deposit. Say What?!? $20 for a sample that the manufacturer happily provides to earn my business? I am about to buy 3 slabs... I offered to leave her a copy of my license so she knows where I live but that was not accepted. That is how you lose customers. read more

My dad recommended this place as he has used them a lot in the past. Walked in here looking for a simple black matte tile. The woman in the store was on her computer and could barely be bothered to say hello let alone ask if she could help us. When I imposed myself on her to ask if she had a simple black matte tile she said no we don't have that. Not any attempt to see if something else could work, no effort to help. When I pressed she just insisted that anything she would have would have to be special ordered (I never told her I needed it in stock) and even then would have to be glossy. She clearly just was annoyed that anyone came into the store. Looks like the have a nice selection but no one there to help you look through it. Sad. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about marble & tile USA. My friend had mentioned them to me, so I decided to go check out their store for myself. First off, their show room is beautiful. They had everything I was looking for. I had seen some pictures on Instagram that were my inspiration and I was able to find all the porcelain pieces & marble slabs I needed. The owner, I think his name was Farhad, was so kind and helped me out tremendously. He even took me out to the slab yard to so I could see their gorgeous slab pieces for my fireplace. STAY AWAY. Never called me when my order came in. Had to order extra tiles later and Farhad told me he would have UPS ship to store. Again, they never called me to tell me they arrived. Then he charged ME for the shipping which was never discussed. And he had the nerve to be rude about it when I brought it up. BAD SERVICE. read more

The selection at the store is good, and Farhad was not judge-y about us going with less expensive Chinese made tile over the identical Spanish made tile. He was helpful with design suggestions but not overly opinionated. We did have problems fulfilling our order which had to do with supplier issues - one tile that we selected turned out to be discontinued. Another time the supplier sent the wrong color tile. These things slowed us down since we then had to have lots of back and forth. But on the plus side, Farhad did allow us to return some unopened tile when we realized we needed smaller tiles for the shower pan floor. I think some stores don't allow that or charge re-stocking fees. read more

Beware of trying to return anything. They charge a 30% restocking fee, then make up reasons why they can't take product back. I bought too much of an an expensive slate sealant. When I tried to return an unopened bottle a week later, he tried to tell me they don't take back liquids. I argued saying I am prepared to pay the restocking fee, but nowhere does the contract say anything about non-returnable liquids. He finally grudgingly refunded 70% of the product price. I work with installation of tiles and stone. Given a lead time of 10-12 weeks from order, our purchase was delayed 3 weeks. The owner did not take any responsibility for the delay, offered no consolation, was discourteous and relegated concerns to subordinates. Its not worth the time, money and effort.
