Very disappointed! Have always had quality service and customer service at the Fountains, but did not feel the same here. Had an issue with one nail over an hour and a half after my pedicure when the polish should have been set. I live over 45 minutes away and figured since I was still in the area I would call. I was told to go in and have it fixed but when I arrived was told I would need to wait 40 minutes. 40 minutes really? For a fix that would take less than 5 minutes and that would guarantee my return for another $70 service in the future! Unacceptable! Bad customer service in my book! read more

I LOVE coming here! Not sure about other reviews that are bad but I've had nothing but fantastic service since the first time I walked in the door about 3 months ago. Jenny has been my nail tech since the beginning! She is fabulous, attentive and very sweet. I have a lot of pain and she is very cognizant not that. I will wait for her. Spent WAY more than I normally do (almost $200 after tip) for pedicure's for my mom and I as well as a gel manicure for myself and polish application for my mom. My toe nail polish started chipping off within days. Also my gel manicure that should have lasted at least a solid 2 weeks is chipping in a week. Not to mention that so much of my cuticles were removed that my skin peeled back from my nails, painfully. The massage chairs are the redeeming quality. I won't go ever again. read more

I wish I could give 0 starts! This place is the worst. DO NOT go here. I went in for a fill and pedicure. The pedicure was so rushed and I paid for the best one, but ok they were busy I can look past that. However, my fill was terrible. I have medium length nails and asked him to shorten them a little bit, meaning the new growth, he filed them down so short 3 of them were bleeding. Even as one was bleeding and wouldn't stop, he kept filing, the blood was getting on his file. It was so painful, I had to tell him to stop filing already. He didn't even apologize he just told me that was my skin. And worst part is I know he's going to use that same file on his next client... So disgusting!! The same with my cuticles. I left with 3 cuticles nicked from the drill. And again he didn't even apologize. He drilled them down so much you can't even tell I have acrylic. Two days later my fingers just hurt. And no matter how busy they are everyone that walks in the door was told a 20 minute wait just so you won't leave. After waiting an hour, that should have been my sign to leave. We had reservations for 11:30 for 2-pedicures and 1-manicure. 1st pedicure started 40 min after arriving, 2nd pedicure started 60 min after arriving, manicure started 70 min after arriving. We have no problem with the service we received. We do have a problem with the management keeping our reservation. if I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. they used to be great years ago, it's gone down hill. very unfriendly, rude unprofessional, unwelcoming business and people. they have intentionally left damages on me leaving scratches on my foot by using a nail file to remove nail polish left on the top of my foot. the lady purposely cut me on my big toe with the tools used for the ingrown area. avoid this place at ALL costs. do not waste your money. read more

I pass by this nail salon a lot and it looks so pretty from the outside so I decided to try it out. It's really pretty on the inside. They have a small bar, tons of tvs, many, many salon chairs and it's pure luxury. Apparently they do facials and waxing too which I didn't realize. Anyways, I was asked to sign in by the desk assistant named Alice. Really nice and polite young lady. Maybe 5-10 minutes later I was seated at a pedicure chair and that is where I waited for over an hour for someone to do my feet. I ended up leaving without getting my feet done. I had a prior commitment and didn't expect to wait so long. If they had given me a heads-up prior to seating I would've made my choices. Why have what looks like 15 chairs for pedicures and not have enough salon techs. Disappointed. read more

So I did feel a bit rushed at first while choosing a color and design. I noticed half way through my nail service that most of the equipment used was very dirty, covered in nail dust and the nail drill looked like it was old and Overly used . All of the nail drills I saw were dirty and covered in nail dust and had dirty marks on them. Most of the nail techs just put their equipment back into their drawers, I never saw anyone take anything to be cleaned and sanitized after it was used . I was extremely surprised by that since it's a beautiful place. I also didn't see anyone disinfecting their stations after the clients would leave or move to a different spot. I felt so uncomfortable, I didn't want to cause a seen or embarrass my nail tech by leaving. I could tell he was doing his best. The staff works hard but they need to work on sanitation. Two girls were seated close to me instead of 6 feet apart from me. So not all of the Covid-19 regulations were followed. It wasn't busy so I know they could've been put somewhere else. I honestly wouldn't come back to this nail bar. It was very disappointing to see such a beautiful place that had no disinfection protocols actively in place. The owner should be aware that the cleaning needs to be set to a higher. I sincerely hope it changes quickly. UPDATE: the manager contacted me and was able to redo my mails at no charge.
