The bees had built a hive under a shed in the corner of the property and were traveling to neighboring homes, causing stings. Eddie explained exactly what needed to be done to ensure a safe extraction. I removed the old shed afterward so the bees wouldn't be tempted to return and rebuild. I even bought some of his honey and it was delicious. He was kind, efficient, and very reasonable with his pricing for a safe live bee removal. I totally recommend Eddie with Ventura Bee Rescue. I live on 7 acres of avocado and I did not want to kill the bees. Eddie came over and searched out the honey bee combs and hive from under the floor in a of a closet. He was able to remove flooring and get as much of The Hive out and re locate them in a bee box and put them out in our orchard. Eduardo was amazing! He was able to come out the same day to take care of a beehive that was just starting. He is local, rescues the bees humanely and was reasonably priced. I really want to brag about and highly recommend Eddie from @Ventura Bee Rescue! This past Sunday morning I walked out to my driveway and found a bee swarm "tornado" on my front lawn. I searched Nextdoor and found Ventura Bee Rescue's number. Their voicemail said their hours were Monday through Friday and Saturday by appt. Eddie called me back within 5 minutes. He showed up at my house a half hour later, found the Queen Bee (not Beyonce) and set up a hive box. When I got home the swarm was gone. Contacted Ventura bee rescue after a small colony was started under a storage shed in my backyard.
