Hubs and I went with our daughter and her wife to Oxnard Mitsubishi hoping to help them lease a new Outlander hybrid. We were promptly greeted by James, a kind man who wasn't pushy at all. He showed us the options and allowed us to choose the pace and decide which way to move forward. Once a car had been decided on, he ran the numbers and of course the monthly payments weren't acceptable at first, but after some easy and low key negotiations they all agreed on all terms and went to sign the papers with Ramon, also a kind and helpful man. He explained that several employees were out sick, and to please be patient. No problem. And that being said, we were in/out in less than 3 hours! We have purchased and/or leased a couple dozen cars and must say this was the easiest, low pressure, friendly process we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. My daughter and daughter-in-law leased the most beautiful Outlander on the lot, all the bells and whistles included. Kudos to James and Ramon for never pressuring us, and making us feel like they really wanted to help us make a deal. If you are considering a Mitsubishi this should be your first stop, and most likely your last, with you driving away in your new car...and a smile :)

Whoo bud. I sure so hate having to make this but I cannot express this enough: BUYER BEWARE. This is my first time going to a car dealership like this and I knew I should expect them to try to take advantage of me but I guess at 36 years old I'm not as good at spotting grifters as I thought. I went down from Lompoc to the dealership because they showed the Mirage I wanted was available, but when I got there they said it wasn't ready and I bought a different one that was just slightly worse. A little older, a bit more mileage. At a glance it seemed alright, but of course that wasn't the case and I should have looked a bit more closely. I paid for the car through bank financing and they delivered it the next day. When it was delivered one of the blinkers on the side had popped off and the front bumper had come loose. They guy who delivered it said they would be contacting me about fixing it as the vehicle didn't look like that when I bought it. Of course no one has, but now I wave worse problems to deal with. I took it down to have everything checked and when they scanned my tires they let me know that 3 out of 4 had to be replaced. My fault that I didn't check the tread depth but I think it's a bad business practice to sell a vehicle on tires that aren't safe to drive. I've recently been getting letters from my bank as it's almost been ninety days and they still haven't received the title. It's been almost ninety days and they haven't bothered to send it. Now my bank is going to raise my interest rate to 20% because this dealership has dropped the ball. I've been calling for the past two weeks and they keep telling me the person in charge of that "isn't in" and will "get back" to me. Which of course hasn't happened. I called today and whoever picked up the phone refused to let me talk to a supervisor, told me there isn't anything they could do, and once again that they will get back to me. Of course I expect nothing. First time in years having to contact the BBB but I've been left with absolutely no choice. TL:DR- this dealership is the stereotypical group of criminals you would expect. Bait and switch, vehicle showed up damaged, refuses to send the title to the dmv, and they just brush you off when you try to get them to help. They have my money so they're done with me.

This will be a review of the dealership itself as we went to purchase a vehicle. We drove in without a salesman knowing we were coming or setting an appointment. We were greeted by someone and asked if we needed help and we're quickly set up with somebody to work with all of the employees we can't encountered. We're fine not super friendly though. It was hard to get anyone to smile back at you, meaning it didn't feel very welcoming. Once we sat down and discussed what exactly we were looking for the comparables we found at other dealerships, etc., and they realize that we were very serious about purchasing a car. Our salesman started to relax a little bit, warm up and be a little more friendly. Wood, that being said after we officially said yes to a car and went to sign our lives away, that gentleman we were dealing with was very friendly, very cheerful and very welcoming. The dealership itself was very spacious and clean and organized. They had a variety of vehicles to look at, and choose from. None of the salesman were pushy or overbearing, which is extremely refreshing and appreciated, just wish they were a little more welcoming and friendly when you walk in. We had a very smooth process of purchasing a vehicle and if we were ever in the market for another Ford, we would definitely come back again

Bought a brand new F150 from Ford under warranty, and it leaks water all over the inside of the car…read moreevery time it rains. Took it into this service department to fix it, and they hastily cleaned the sunroof drain lines and claimed it was fixed. Now that the warranty is expired, it's still leaking every time it rains. Turns out its not the sunroof drain lines, exactly like I predicted. I asked them to do right by me and fix the issue since I brought in my car under warranty to fix this. They said the sunroof drain lines are squeaky clean so that's not the issue (I know that), and I'm going to have to "authorize the expenditure" to "tear the vehicle apart" to find the issue. Suddenly this is my expense to bear, and they want to be extra thorough now that its not under warranty. This is after swearing up and down to me that they fixed my leaky vehicle before. By the way, the dealership was PACKED with other Fords that leaked after the rain, including a friend of ours. I asked to speak with a manager and my service advisor said he can't find the manager anywhere. What a nightmare. I'm super disappointed in this experience. If they make it right I'll update this review. Otherwise please avoid this dealership. And be warned: F150's leak water when it rains. Just Google it. Over a century of automobile manufacturing and Ford hasn't figured out how to keep water out yet.

I was there about 5 min, and their charger charged me $50 which is about $45 more than normal. I asked the receptionist to speak to the person that sets the price about the seemingly outrageous price and their manager Katie at first sent them back to tell me it was Chargepoint's fault. I pointed out that I'd already spoken to Chargepoint and was told the dealer sets pricing, at which point the receptionist told me their Katie intentionally set the price that high and wouldn't speak to me face to face. I pointed out they'd lost a customer with this practice, since the screen on the unit doesn't state price prior to charging and the manager was dishonestly blaming Chargepoint when the dealer sets the price. Imagine being willing to blow a car sale in favor of a one time gotcha electric charging fee 10x normal. You should not trust them for your car maintenance because if they are willing to mistreat a potential new customer and sale, what would their service department do once they got your sale already in hand? Katie, you sell cars for tens of thousands of dollars and are willing to lose sales both at this and the next door Hyundai with the same owner over a $45 excessive fee and treating me poorly.

When I first started coming here, the service was excellent. Then it declined, improved somewhat, and lately it has continued to be hit-or-miss depending on who you work with. Recently, I brought my car in for a door lock issue and was fortunate to work with Dave Foley. Dave was exceptional. He was friendly, kind, caring, and easy to talk to. He never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable, and he genuinely made me feel confident leaving my car there. Customer service like that is hard to find. To be honest, if I had been assigned to someone less personable or attentive, I probably would have started going to the Mercedes dealership in Santa Barbara instead. Dave is truly the reason I am continuing to give this dealership a chance. Overall, I would rate the dealership itself around a 3-star because of the inconsistency, but Dave Foley absolutely deserves a 5-star rating for his professionalism and customer care.

We reached out to the dealership and heard back from Katie Kemp, the General Manager and JJ Delgado, the Service Manager. They were both extremely curtious and helpful and they got the vehicle in to the shop. Nothing was showing up in the Onboard Diagnositic System (OBD) in terms of error codes so it was a challenge figuring out what was occurring. They enlisted the help of Hyundai who sent over technicians to assist with the diagnosis. It finally came down to a lose ground connection on one of the circuit boards in the vehicle.
