They didn't communicate with me even after me asking them numerous times. I was on the rinse chair for over an hour and in the salon for 3.5 hours. They messed up my hair color big time and didn't do the cut I made the payment they asked for and despite that Peter blamed me for the delay (how is it my fault when his team was working on my hair and made a mess) and he lost his temper, even said that he doesn't care if he gets a bad review. So here I am writing him a bad review. I do not recommend this salon because they don't know how to treat people right. All I expected was clear communication of what went wrong and an apology that they messed up my hair and trying to fix it. They won't just do whatever you ask if it could damage your nails or won't last, which I really respect. Liz did my Apres Gel X (natural almond shape) manicure and put so much care into the application, leaving my nails feeling healthy and strong. I also got the Pinky Pedicure with regular polish done by Chau, and it was just as amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and kind.
