I think the pandemic really did a number on this business. Some of the in-house guys are wonderful and do great work. However, we spent a YEAR with this company getting a very small bathroom redone. Our project manager (CJ) was massively overloaded with over 100 other projects all over the city so he was 100% absent and was nearly impossible to get ahold of. Some areas of my home are worse off than when we started. I had to stop the project after 12 months of headaches, cash out on portions that weren't completed, and use that money to have someone else come in to fix what Venturi's contractors and sub contractors messed up. My bathroom floor is still incomplete and may need to be ripped out and redone by professionals. I really should not have signed off on this work- I was just so ready to be done dealing with this company. I think they'll bounce back and be a good company again someday. For now though I'd recommend choosing another company. read more

Reese was helpful with everything from managing the insurance co needs and getting them to understand what was needed to make the job right to assisting with materials selection and ideas. Using Venturi Restorations was a great experience, which is almost never said with any construction or repairs, so it means a lot. From day one of a very large repair project, which started with Derick coming to our house to give us an estimate. He was professional and courteous. Our next contact was with Reese, who oversaw the entire project from start to finish - including an excellent job of clean up after all work was done. Luis and others from Venturi Restoration did a great job at our house. From the beginning of the process to the end Luis answered all of our questions, concerns, and made sure nothing was uncovered. We had a washer leak upstairs that caused damage, and even into our downstairs level. Luis and others checked on our home and took all the important steps to make sure everything would be dry. Robert is the kind of project manager you want managing all your projects. I have heard so many horror stories about contractors dragging their feet and prolonging the process but that wasn't the case here. Robert is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and has a great sense of humor. Robert is an excellent project manager who goes above and beyond to make sure every project he manages is successful. He is a very thorough project manager who is always on top of his projects when it comes to project delivery and customer management. His communication was impeccable, he would let my husband and I know the time frame of both of our projects, delivered how the projects would be managed, and what exactly would be done on a day to day basis. This is the first time I ever had such an amazing experience with a company and it is all because of Robert. I can definitely say that as stressful our situation was, he definitely made things less stressful. I would also like to mention David. He was one of the main guys working in our home due to water damage. He is also very professional, determined, very detail-oriented, and has a great personality. If I had a question about what exactly was being done, he gave me a step by step approach in order for me to understand. This company has been so amazing in regards to handling our Fire claim and getting our house back to itself after the fire. From when they came and inspected up until the last of the work was completed all of their subcontractors and people were super great and went above and beyond what they had to do. So far we have had a great experience with our water mitigator, Sal and Luis. Sal walked us through the process of the water damage to my kitchen. His team was very professional and great customer service. Sal kept up with communication as to when he and his team would be at the house. Very curtious, I recommend this company. After a 2019 massive winter storm that caused my roof to leak furiously, Venturi Restoration in conjunction with my insurance company immediately sent Cody, Salvador Rivera, JJ Gomez, and Corey Haber to mitigate the damage. They performed excellently by providing tarp to the two sections of my roof, checking my ceiling for asbestos, and finally drying my ceiling. Next, the estimating team of Brandon May and Richy provided a professional estimate to my insurance company with up-to-date costs to ensure my house would be brought back to current standards. Finally and more importantly, the Project Management and Restoration Team of Michael A. May, Robert Velderrain, David Serrano, Keith McGrath, Jena Stanfield as well as contractors Jeff Marcel and Moses always kept me informed in addition to communicating to my adjuster thus keeping the project moving in the right direction. Moreover, this team gave me choices regarding my roof shingles and new flooring as well as advising me on the upkeep of my house.
