I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone for heating and a/c. I had to get a full furnace and a/c system replacement, and their professionalism, price, and work quality were well beyond my expectations. They were fantastic! Nick came out to assess what I needed and was highly knowledgeable and direct. He told me what they could do, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I asked him about adding some things that a previous company had recommended, and he told me that based on my current ductwork, that would not give me any benefit. He gave me a very reasonable price (the best of 3 quotes), and didn't give me any of that gimmicky sales b.s. giving me "discounts" and other "I like you so I'll throw in a free ___" crap. Just a fair quote. They were extremely professional and professional with getting the work scheduled and worked with my schedule. The installation guys were super professional as well. They did great work, completing all of the items on the original quote and working with me to give me updates and put things where I wanted them. They always took their shoes off and respected my home. The installed system has been fantastic, much better than our old system, and Pinnacle was efficient with their online invoice system, getting the inspector out, registering the equipment for me, and getting the BG&E rebate for me. Great work by everyone. We had an entire new HVAC system installed in the home. It was a lot of work to remove and install. The installers were here for 2 days to make sure everything was perfect. They even told me my hot water heater was leaking, which I did not realize, so I had Pinnacle come back a few weeks later to install a new hot water heater. Amazing service all around. I have to give high accolades to the owner Nick. He personally came to my house early in the morning to give me a price and kept in contact with me the entire time. I feel like I have a new home. And they have financing! I've saved $150 a month on my BGE bill with the new HVAC. I had them out initially to repair my mother's furnace , but , after seeing how much the pilot light used on my mother's "dinosaur" unit , I agreed with Mark that I should consider replacement . This new unit is so much nicer (and quieter ) ! , she can run it at a higher temperature and still use less gas ( lower heating bill ) . Even thought mom had a service contract with BG&E Home , Pinnacle was substantially less expensive . They showed up as scheduled , did the work in one day , cleaned up behind themselves , and installed an easy to read / use simple to use thermostat that mom could understand . Pinnacle put our air conditioning before the pandemic. They were EXPERT and EFFICIENT and KIND. (Example: they used a vacuum close to the location of installation so as to minimize the dust in our house. It was ARTFUL!) We are so grateful to have air conditioning, for the first time in our 100+ year old dwelling, and the zone system which they advised is PERFECT! I reached out to Pinnacle to get a second opinion on a diagnosis and repair estimate I received from another company to fix a problem with my AC. I just wasn't comfortable with the original diagnosis because it just didn't make sense to me, and on top of that the price quote I got seemed rather high. Pinnacle came out and properly diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a significant amount less that I was originally quoted. Most importantly the AC is fixed and I am happy. They are referenced by Lowe's, this prove they are serious. It took them 1 month to complete a total heat and A/C revamp in a cape code size house, but in the end the results are there. Also they took great care of protecting the duct connections by applying compound, which not all companies do. I cannot help but recommend them. read more
