This place has a nice atmosphere, however my daughter, granddaughter and myself went in for mani pedi (bonding) time. They put several people ahead of my granddaughter. I realize that it's not a full price for little girls manicure but because we brought it to there attention several times they finally took her. My daughter missed a hair appointment because we ran late waiting on our last manicure. It's unfortunate because I like the work they do. But we look forward to doing this all together and they really treated my granddaughter less than fair. read more

Tracy did the best job she was thorough and when I would ask for some correction she did it with no problem made me comfortable 100% and although she's quite she's so sweet just like all the other ladies!! I really don't see what the hype is about this nail shop. I had a scheduled appointment. Walk in and the people don't acknowledge you, just stare. After a minute they ask what I need? Get in the pedicure chair and one of the women named Linda I believe does my pedicure. Then later a woman comes over to ask me if my nails are fake? I said no, then she proceeds to tell me they are and I need a fill. She gets a woman named Tracey to look at my nails and ask me the same thing. I'm trying to tell them I have dipping powder on them and I want gel. The first woman walks away and then Tracey proceeds to drill off the powder on my nails then stops and says she needs to charge her battery I have to wait for it to charge. Linda started to polish my feet and she is pulled away to take care of another customers feet. And has the first girl who did not know the difference between real nails and acrylic, polish my toes. At this point I'm pissed! So I refused to wait to get my nails done. Paid for my pedicure and left. Won't be back. I will continue to drive to Orange, where they have great customer service , knows the difference between real and fake nails, and cares about my time. read more

I Paid $130 for a mani and pedi and had to find another salon 3 days later to fix the crappy job after this place wouldn't repair them. I recently moved to Upland and was having such a hard time finding a nail salon that i LOVED. I for one am sooo picky with my toes, it really does take a lot for me to continue returning to the same salon unless i absolutely love the service (lol) so i decided to take a chance on the this cute little place, i Messaged the salon through Yelp and got a response back within 15min for an appt same day. Everyone is SOO sweet upon arriving. They are taking necessary precautions for Covid (having you wash your hands upon arrival and taking your temp) they really do seem to have everyone's best interest in mind, not to mention the salon is extremely clean. Probably one of the cleanest i have seen to be honest. and the decor is beyond cute ! I got a gel pedicure i wish i asked the sweet lady's name ): but she was amazing. The tools they used were sealed in sanitized packets so you know that you were not going to have the prior persons soiled tools being used on you. This was for me a YESS moment. The sweet girl who helped me out was amazing. She took her time and made sure everything was just the way i wanted. For payment they also take Venmo and zelle which is always great! Today was my first time getting my nails done here. I had the best experience ever! Christy did my full set and she did an outstanding job! She took her time cutting my cuticles and shaping my nails to perfection. She was very kind and gentle through the entire process, continuously checking on me to ensure nothing was painful. Even after completing my nails, she took the time to remove any cuticles left over as well as cleaned up underneath the nails. Had my first appointment here today with Christy ! I've been looking for a new nail salon for several months and this place doesn't disappoint! It's very clean , they check temperatures upon arrival and ask you to wash your hands or sanitize . They have sneeze guards placed at each nail and pedi station .They are taking all the right pre cautions for their clients and nail techs . I was impressed . I had visited another nail salon recently and they weren't doing anything to make me feel comfortable enough to go back . The techs are professional and greet you by name . They have a TON of shades for polish , dip powder and gel ! It's also beautiful inside and very tranquil . My nails came out GORGEOUS!
