It's owned by a hardworking and genuine Vietnamese couple who truly care about serving their community and bringing smiles to everyone who walks in. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by the female owner (i can't remember her name). She was so welcoming and kind from the start, and really took her time to make sure I got the exact nail length I wanted, was incredibly gentle, and even painted a few different shades of yellow directly on my nails to help me choose the perfect color. She's also amazing at nail art, has great attention to detail, and has a light touch. I would 10/10 recommend stopping by to support this sweet mom-and-pop shop and experience genuine Vietnamese-American hospitality. I lost faith and will just wait for my nails to grow back. Also I just got a simple manicure, kept asking why not gel and that regular manicure won't last. Jennifer is incredibly reliable, professional, and always on time. She goes above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule, whether that means meeting me as early as 7:00 a.m. or staying until 8:00 or 8:30 p.m. She even makes time for me during the week since weekends don't work with my schedule. What I appreciate most is her dedication and genuine care for her clients. Based on what happened to me, I have serious concerns about the salon's sanitation and sterilization practices. The tools and equipment did not appear to be properly cleaned or sterilized between clients. Cleanliness should be a top priority at any nail salon, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this salon and encourage others to think twice before booking an appointment. Your health and safety are not worth the risk.

I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Despite the continued price increases over the years, we remained loyal customers because we valued the experience. Yesterday, however, the business decisions and customer service were extremely disappointing. My husband and I came in requesting two pedicures. We waited less than five minutes before being seated. While they started my pedicure, my husband's feet were left soaking as he waited for service to begin. Shortly after I was taken in, additional customers arrived and were immediately attended to before my husband, despite the fact that we had already been seated and waiting. It became very clear that other customers were being prioritized over him. We consistently purchase deluxe pedicures, not regular services, which made the situation even more frustrating. After two other customers were taken ahead of him, and nearly 30 minutes had passed since my service began, we decided my husband would no longer continue waiting. As we were leaving, we were told that the other customers had appointments. That explanation made little sense considering no one communicated that to us beforehand, nor did anyone think it inappropriate to leave someone soaking in water for almost half an hour without service. This situation was poorly handled and extremely disappointing, especially as longtime loyal customers.
