When you are done, you start getting communication from five different people to complete your process. Every single person tells you, you are done...and youre not. Every single new phone call comes with a new application process or paperwork that is not done. The last person finally told me I was ready to go.And they had an express appointment for me to pick up my car. When I was six minutes away, I get a phone call to complete the process... Needless to say I was very upset. I finally get there and have to fill out a lot of the paperwork I already filled out because, for some reason, it was not filled out. After all was said and done, despite the promise of an express process, they now had to go get the car and clean it because it was not ready to go. The car was great and I have not had issues with it and the price was good... But if only they could work on the service.

The car was so clean (even the engine) and had new tires and a new battery. He allowed us to take the car to my daughter's own mechanic to make sure it was a good buy. The mechanic only found one problem which Akmet's own mechanic immediately fixed. There was never any pressure throughout. In fact he did everything he could to make us comfortable with the purchase. Financing was tricky but Akmet was so patient with the process. This a good, caring man - a rarity in car dealerships. We are so happy with our purchase.

The next car to come up in Q is the next car to be serviced. The service Department are so laid back they seem to be on "island time". I asked the salesman about this and he agreed this is not right. So from now on I will be at the gate at 8:30am for my appointment and take an uber for breakfast then call before I return. Very disappointed with "free oil change" when you buy a Kia.

I had already purchased a radiator, so I brought it in with my truck. Jesus is a brilliant mechanic. Top notch. My radiator ended up having a different thread pitch than the old one, so it took some creative engineering to make it work. Many places would simply give up, but Jesus came up with a clean way of adapting to it. I greatly appreciated it. He worked tirelessly to get it done ASAP. I was poking around online one day and found this '07 SL550 AMG at a steal of a deal. The website…read moresaid I could text inquiries, so I did and someone promptly responded. My husband and I made an appointment to come take a look at it and we were greeted by a very nice gentleman named Gabe. We really liked the car when we test drove it, but it started smoking about 10 minutes into the drive. When we returned, Gabe assured us the problem would be fixed and sure enough! Two days later it was perfect! Unfortunately, the car got sold before we could seal the deal, but Gabe was so awesome, we knew he was our guy to purchase a vehicle from!
