The guys are nice enough and it's great to see younger guys hustling but I paid $300 for an rv wash and a truck wash/wax. Not cheap by any stretch Quoting - pricing seems nebulous but we hadn't had a wash in a while. $150 for a 31 ft rv was fine $150 for a truck wash/wax was high but competitive. They have a slick tool that spits out a text with a quote however the quote wasn't right and after 2x sending screen shots they just showed up and said the tool was acting up. Note - they couldn't get the truck wax job to show up Rv wash - This is their bread and butter and everything looks fine. For $150 I expected the windows not to have water spots but not a hill I cared to die on. Truck wash/wax - probably the worst wash/wax job I've ever paid for. The rims on the truck weren't touched. The front of the truck was sprayed off. While nice enough these kids had no idea how to wax a car. I pointed out 5-10 very noticeable spots that were missed. The entire front of the truck doesn't appear to have been waxes at all. Dispute Resolution - Poor. One of the 5-10 spots I pointed out was clear coat and possibly not addressable by their level of expertise. But they told me they couldn't do anything about the others? I got most of the sap off with my thumb and after explaining to them how to remove it they gave it another try. Overall effort was poor and all they wanted to do was get out of there quickly. We pulled in to this RV wash on Feb 24, 2025 wit ha 35 foot fifth wheel. No problem in getting the trailer in, there are several problems with the wash. There isn't enough soap coming from the high pressure hose and it doesn't take the dirt off. Switched to the brush and the amount of soap and water is so minimal and given the low flow of water, it made a bigger mess of our truck/trailer than we started with. They do have an attendant on site and she tried to be very helpful, asked us to switch bays and also provided a $50 gift card to compensate for the poor washing capability. After switching to the other large bay, same problems, low water flow and not enough soap - made a mess of our unit. I called the next day and spoke with a second employee who works from home and although she offered another gift card to try again, she also confirmed nothing had changed (no repairs to the wash or extra soap or water). I had to wash our truck in another car wash in Cottonwood to get the dried on dirt residue off the windows and wash the entire RV by hand. In the end, both employees were courteous and tried to be helpful with gift cards, but the wash simply doesn't work and they have not changed the soap/water mixture being provided. If you want to clean your vehicle, don't go here - it doesn't work. One last note, we used this wash about two years ago and had exactly the same experience (low soap/water flow) and had to re-wash everything after leaving Verde Ranch RV Wash. I had hoped it would work this time, that is our last visit there. In the end I spent $50 washing our RV, they provided another $50 gift card and both the truck and trailer were a mess and had to be washed again elsewhere. It is too bad their wash doesn't work because it is conveniently located near Verde Ranch RV Storage where we store our trailer each winter. Another option is Angels High Pressure Wash in Cottonwood who comes to you and does it by hand. read more

This morning, I stopped in early to wash my truck and need to use the brushless car wash due to lights and graphics on my work truck. The screen was showing out of service, but I was able to locate Charley for assistance. Even though it was before the attendee hours, he stopped what he was doing to trouble shoot the system and get it going again. Every time I visit here in either my personal vehicle, 5th wheel, or work vehicles, the customer service is top notch, especially since this is a "self service" car wash. For the price, the customer service, and consistency of equipment being in service, I highly recommend stopping here to wash your vehicles. read more

‼ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ‼ they did a crappy job washing my RV. Stains and dirt all over my Rv. My husband was outside with the works pointing out all the areas they missed. My husband spoke to the owner let him know what was going on. My husband mentioned that we were locals. Not once did the owner say we'll re-wash the RV or I'll give you a discount all he said was I'll speak to my workers .Owner told my husband he was going to come out to our RV on 11/28/2022 to inspected it,he never showed up... workers were in such a hurry to leave that they forgot their spry pump... it shows that the owner gives two f@&$ about the customers!! Kristina was great she was professional and did great work on washing my vehicle before the car wash

December of 2020 our neighbor in spot 279 had their very large 5th wheel wash and waxed by Verde Ranch Smart RV Services. A man and young man came to our door and asked to move our truck for us because of over spray. I was taken aback that he thought we would let him move our F350 Ford truck and told him that no, he could not move my truck but that I would move it out of the way of over spray. After I moved our truck their truck and enclosed work trailer pulled up right behind my site, remember I was not using this service my neighbor was. I asked the older man who stepped out of the truck to move their truck and work trailer forward so I could get our other vehicle out of our site later on that day. He did not acknowledge me but did get back in the vehicle and move it forward about two feet. He then proceeds to unload an air compressor off the back of the trailer which he leaves sitting in the road about a foot behind the work trailer. In the meantime my family moves our brand new Lifetime picnic table to about a foot from our travel trailer so that it will also be safe from over spray. During the wash of our neighbors 5th wheel, one of the young guys was swinging his long scrub brush around like a baton and hit our picnic table with it which caused a small dent and a 3" crack on the edge of it. This is not the only problem we had with this company, when they asked us to move our truck it was like it gave them permission to invade our site. With COVID going on there was no way we could enjoy any of our outdoor space in our site because of the pressure washer lines running through it and the A frame ladder laying on its side and the two workers all in our site cleaning off their supplies. This went on for half of the day. Why would we ever want to use this company after this. One positive note is that they did reimburse us for the picnic table. read more
